Choosing The Delhi Wedding Company was the best decision we made for our wedding! Bittu made the entire process seamless and stress-free. From the initial consultation to the final delivery, everything was handled professionally. The team's ability to capture the emotions and essence of the day is remarkable. We had a very bad experience with the way the team and the management functions. Following are the poor experiences we faced: 1) A week before our engagement we wrote to Bittoo, their founder, with the timing of the event and the time by which we wanted his team to be at the venue. They did not confirm the same with us after two reminders and later when we called them out for this unprofessionalism, they said that there was no need for a confirmation and it was obvious that they will be there. This was our first negative experience with the team’s unprofessional behaviour and how they don’t want to adhere to the most basic vendor etiquettes. 2) After the engagement, they shared raw data with us and a smaller proportion of edited photos. My partner and I were not very happy with the team’s editing and wanted to get into a call to make some suggestions. The team not only got very defensive about their work but also started misbehaving on the WhatsApp group and also removed us from the same. 3) Thereafter when we got into a call, their entire team started trivialising the aforementioned encounter and at a point even suggested us to go find another photographer, as they could not function without their founder Bittoo, whose behaviour we found extremely rowdy and unprofessional. They did this knowing fully well that it will be very difficult for us to do the same. 4) After this since we realised that DWC is not a reliable and professional team, we had no other option but to look for another photographer. In this process, our huge deposit was also not returned to us despite the fact that the said deposit was much higher than the proportionate event cost of the engagement. 5) We still did not argue with them too much and just requested them to complete our video edits for the engagement and share the final videos with us. They did not only fail to deliver the same as per their deliverable timelines but even blocked our email IDs so that we cannot contact them via emails. We till date don’t have our final edited videos despite the fact that we have already paid for the same. I cannot reiterate enough how terrible an experience we have had with this photography company. They only add to the stress of the client and make the entire process extremely unpleasant. They cannot even adhere to basic professional standards. We would really discourage anyone from hiring them who want some basic peace of mind with respect to their wedding photography experience.

I am glad I chose TDWC for my wedding celebrations. Excellent photos, both traditional & candid. Team is very punctual, professional, enthusiastic & hard working. Quality of photo albums is superb. Videos are also great. Would highly recommend TDWC team.

So I had the absolutely best time with them! I like to be on schedule, so on my wedding day I had a timeline starting from 10am to 12am, with multiple shoots in mind, and the photographers and videographers came along with me all day long!! When I and my husband were taking breaks for food, they were hard at work!! They were so creative with the shots I didn’t have to direct at all, and at the end the shots turned out absolutely stunning! The turnaround time is just as they promised too, no delays. They take feedback very well and updated the shots with small changes! Overall I would recommend Delhi Wedding Company to anyone who wants a tension free wedding day, have a reliable group of talented photographers and videographers, who are with you all day long!

Delhi Wedding Company, they definitely are the best team. we were speechless when we received our first round of pictures. They captured the moments so perfectly and they have exceeded our expectations when we got our post-wedding shoots. that was splendid. Not to mention, Bittu and Ashish are simply amazing and genuinely love what they do.
