What’s the use of having good stuff when customer service is not a priority for your company. Bought so much from youll yet when I wanted to exchange 2 trays ( that also bcoz I couldn’t understand the color on video calls) you’ll have refused??? After the owner also committed that he would do the needful yet they go back on their word. Around the world all companies and even the smallest of brands give a 30day exchange. Extremely rigid company. Not to be trusted.
