Extremely unprofessional. I had contacted via wedmegood app on 3rd dec asking about her availability around 17th Dec weekend as my wedding is on 17th. She contacted me via whatsapp, we chatted and spoke on phone and agreed on the day and price including mode and date of payment (I.e. gpay on 15th). I booked her service for 15th dec for bridal mehendi for myself and midlength for my sister. I even told her that I will remind her around 13th-14th dec. Yesterday when I messaged her, she surprised me by saying she will check her availability and she has no idea how and when I booked her. Both 3rd dec and 13th dec conversation are through the same whatsapp number. When I called her and reminded her (I had booked her because she was near my place) then she remembered, she said she thought its a fake profile and couldn't see details and has already taken other bookings. She said she will try and adjust, and I was willing to adjust on the time too, she again confirmed and at night said can't make it. And now last minute I have to look for someone else, since she had confirmed I did not approach any other mehendi artist. I am not sure if the kind of service wedmegood app users deserve, because this also means wedmegood app is not checking for its vendors credibility and reliability. I will not recommend this service provider to anyone.
