All talk and shabby service with unnecessary attitude. **Long post but read for details** Day 1: I first spoke to Tanya on April 12/13 for my bridal makeup, she promised me services, such as makeup and hairstyle consultation according to the face and outfit, even promised flowers for the hair bun, while explaining that the makeup will not be cakey etc. During this conversation she kept mentioning how professional she is. When I asked about the charges, she quoted 18k + 7k extra for coming to the venue. Day 2: April 17 - I booked her for my bridal makeup and paid 4k as advance. She sent me a confirmation with the details. This msg mentioned nothing abt the flowrs, but the hair extensions, I gt none. Day 3: May 13/14 - I met her once before the wedding for the consultation. Howevr Iwas told to arrange the flowers for the bun myself. I was confused since this didn't match our initial conversation and then she asked me to send makeup and hair references. While, i don't mind this, but i am telling this bcz hair and makeup consultation was promised. I was worried but decided to arrange flowers to avoid conflicts. Day 4: June 6 (24 hrs before the wedding) - While I was in the middle of my mehendi function, Tanya reachd out to me and tld me to arrange the remaining 21k in cash and said that I need to make the remaining payment before the makeup starts. These were surprises 2&3 because, never before these two things were mentioned to me. I don't mind paying in advance or in cash if I was informed prior and nt 1 day in advance. When i questioned her, she told me that it is a "policy". Upon requesting the policy document and why wasn't it shared earlier, she THREATENED ME TO CANCEL THE BOOKING WHILE TELLING ME HOW PROFESSIONAL SHE IS. She also tld me that she had taken only my booking even when she had a prior engagement in her family to attend. I think she should have told me that she was busy on june 7 and I would have booked someone else. If you are a bride, you can relate with me how stressful it is to be told by your mua to cancel the booking. At this point, I was worried so agreed to everything she said, but also arranged for an alternative if she didn't turn up. Day 5: June 7 (day of the event) - Tanya had told me to be at the venue at 1pm for my 7pm wedding, because she had prior engagements after 3pm. She told me it would take 2 hrs to complete the makeup. From what I know, muas are extremely accomodating but here I had to manage my mua. Tanya told me that she has to attend a function after putting my makeup and to yet another surprise, she brought her own outfit to my bridal room. Anyway, I sat down for the makeup by 1:45 pm and she completed the 2hrs makeup in 30 mins. I was ready at 2:15 pm. She put a tiny bindi on my forehead which wasn't even visible, airbrush was applied within 1 min like spray, lipstick blended with my face and the kajal smudged. I had to assert for her to put a bigger bindi and apply a dark shade of lipstick. She kept telling me that if i dont like the new shade, i will have to keep it anyway and she will not make any changes. At 2:15, she started putting her own makeup, stood in front of my mirror while my hair was being done, used my washroom to change. she was using my room like hers without asking for permission or even requesting. I guess this is what professionalism is. She sat on my chair and had the hair lady do her hair before mine. She got ready and was all set to leave when we reminded her to put at least makeup fixer and return our wet tissues which she had packed with her stuff. While the makeup remained intact for 2 hrs, the kajal smudged and my undereyes were dark. The makeup turned yellow and pale. One good thing in all this, the hair and draping lady did a good job. She was more professional despite not repeating it multiple times. Lessons for everyone: 1. Ask for your muas policy document and all the terms and conditions related to payment and services before booking in writing 3. Book Tanya Bansal only if you have the mental bandwidth for tantrums and last minute changes

The service and all are very nice but the duration of the product at that rate is mot worth it. I habe got my nails done on 31st amd already it has. Started chipping and pealing of colour highly disappoint.. if u can fix it would be great

This place is an absolute must if you're planning to get ready for a big even coming up . Loved getting decked up at Tanya's and thanks to the team there, I didn't have to worry about anything. They really took care of my taste and the way I wanted to look. Thanks again. Would highly recommend :)

I was in Hyderabad for a wedding when I heard some good things about this place. I decided to give them a shot. I am glad I did. I was very happy with the makeup, nail art and the overall service. I would definitely visit them when I come to Hyderabad the next time.

I visited this studio a few days back to get makeup done for a party. The makeup artist was patient throughout and made sure I got the results I wanted. Overall, I was very satisfied with them. The attention to detail is especially commendable.

I love the nails that I recently got done. Based in Delhi and visiting Hyderabad I realised that the studio there had amazing designs and the quality of work was far better that Delhi. A must recommended place.
