I ordered nearly 15,000 worth of Diwali hampers from this vendor. These were supposed to be delivered to our family and friends in Mumbai. The vendor initially was responsive and I paid the whole amount upfront. But when the hampers were delivered, all of them were damaged- bottles broken, fungus in food, ants in the boxes. It was extremely terrible and none of the hampers were edible and had to be thrown out. I reached out to the vendor and suddenly she stopped responding well and initially she seemed surprised and said she would resend the hamper. I asked for a refund and I was refused that. I have been following up with the vendor for several days and there is barely any response. She finally resent some of the hampers but didn’t send all and gave me the excuse that she doesn’t have the larger boxes and the fact that she even sent some of the hampers was a favor to me. Extremely unprofessional business and I have never worked with someone who didn’t care about their customers. I will be losing nearly 6000 worth of money and also lost face with family and friends. I have been extremely reasonable but this business really continues to propagate the notion that people in Delhi are thugs. Every year I try to support a new small business and I have never experienced this kind of a service. I would never recommend this service to anyone.
