Worst salon i have ever seen. Even though their staff is unskilled they don’t hesitate to experiment on customers (especially hair cut and eyebrows). I have been to this salon today for a haircut (since i had a event to attend) and the staff did the most horrible haircut to me for which they do not even have a solution. They did cut my front hair to short that they looks like an electric shock has been given to it and the answer to it was that “Mam 15 din me grow ho jaenge”....such a unprofessionalism they staff and even the owner (Mr. Rahesh Bhatia) carry. I personally think if you can not render quality services then it is better to not render your services at all or atleast accept to the customers truly that the staff is not skilled and they can not tender services at all. Haircut and threading are something that can be redo within 7-15 days. But the salon do not understand at all.. I had an important event today that i had to miss all because of this worst salon. They just post happy clients only Guys never ever try this salon at all for anything. Thy made my hair a birds nest “chidiya ka ghosla” and I cant go outside till they grow well. I cried the whole day because of them and poor quality of haircut making customer helpless as now the haircut can not be re done and restored. I have learnt a lesson today - Do not try on every salon especially - SWATI MAKEOVER - the worst salon ever.
