Average quality & sense of editing is absolutely debatable & doesn't even match half of the hype they've made about themselves. Weak business ethics & unprofessionalism during & in furtherance of their services is an utter mark of discontent & would not even justify the premium amount of money they have charged. Failing to cover many important things during the events, and taking forever to complete editing of videos and pictures & deliver the hard copies, they have successfully managed to disappoint a lot of us & shall be totally deserving of any such review and feedback backed with legitimate reasons of outrage that throw light upon their unresponsive & unprofessional behaviour

I am so glad I came across sutrasnapperz through wedmegood and Instagram... amazing amazing experience 😍 I can not thank sutrasnapperz family for covering my wedding . they are absolutely awesome ..they are so professional and co operative. they understand your need and they are very welcoming to your ideas ...so hard working team . they are very humble , I requested them to cover my mehandi pics even on the day before to my booking dates ..they humbly accepted that and came in midnight to cover it . they are very good at capturing all emotional moments so beautifully 💗💗💗💗 god bless you guys and keep shining 🌟

Absolutely disgusting experience. It is the job of the photographer to find the chance and cover all the intimate moments and near family people but sutra snapperz hardly made any effort. I cannot even express my intolerance on the timeline of the delivery of the product, he and his team took 2.5 years to give us the photos and videos. I understand we had covid in between but still 2.5 yrs is a crazy big gap to blame under covid. Never fulfilled his promise of giving the end result on the deadline he mentioned before. He didn't even have the courtesy to inform delays, we had to follow up every time. He didn't give the deliverable for one particular function with the whole package (which was after 2.5yrs) and it took him another 6 months to give the photos of that function because he could not find it he says. Ridiculous! He doesn't even have a stable team, it keeps changing every other month. Extremely unprofessional. Over promises and under delivers.

I have worked with them and have been a client too. Their work is excellent and so is way they deal with clients. Team SutraSnapperz will go more places with their kind of professionalism and eye for detail. Worth spending your money on, for your big day!

I wish there were more than 5 stars to rate Sutra Snapperz , they're work is simply amazing. We were really happy with our wedding photo album and videos, they captured every moment beautifully.. and made it really special. They are really easy to work with, they are fun, reliable and trustworthy. Definitely recommend Sutra Snapperz to anyone looking for a Wedding Videographer/Photographer.

The rating I provide here is not for their work; instead it is for the basic communication behaviour that is expected of any professional. Back in September, we went to see Debashish (photographer/owner) at his place in Hyderabad while we were there only for a few days with the hope that we will be able to close in on a photographer for my sister's wedding. But from then till date, let alone taking this any forward, we hardly even get any responses back. There was a time when we had to repeat our entire request to him through phone (which we managed to through his wife Divya) that made us believe that he wiped out our entire conversation from his memory for some odd reason. After lots and lots of chasing this person, we decided that it would be best to move on with someone else lest this photographer shows up with such highly unresponsive and unprofessional behaviour on the most important day. Hopefully this is helpful for people out there who are still awaiting on this photographer to move on and find themselves a professional.

Fabulous duo Debashish and Divya .. Very supportive and flexible with regard to time and location , makes the special days even more special and memorable.., thumbsup to Sutrasnapperz
