I had a very bad time. The initial consultation seemed good with them. The main guy who manages the team is too into flattering than actual substantial conversation. They had "consultation calls", again where their main motive was just to flatter and not really listen to your requirements. The make up artist that was assigned to me was good enough. Not exceptional, but just okay okay. She was punctual and friendly But the final service was abysmal. The make they did was not upto the mark. My lipstick and kajal both smudged. They don't provide any extra in the package for touch ups. And the worst was the draping. They called a separate drapist for my and my mother's sari. It was horrible. While getting ready, the saree has to be redone thrice and still wasn't good enough. On a normal day, I am able to tie my own saree 10 times better. Completely ruined the mood. The jewellery they placed on me came loose a few hours into the event. Couldn't even fix it up properly. The few clear requirements I had discussed regarding me makeup, they did not follow a single instruction. Overall bad experience. Please avoid if you can. They all fluff no substance
