Horrible brand experience so far! I placed an order which has been charged to my card but their staff saying it has been cancelled . Both customer care number and Aakriti- so so rude , I am making international calls to them , instead of listening patiently and offering an apology with a promise to sort they use extremely impatient and rude language . Don’t bother wasting your money on such a waste brand! Use your 💵 wisely on similarly priced but much better client experience brands as experience matters a lot . Someone can’t take your money and yet treat you like trash!!
