The work done by these guys are completely unprofessional. The kind of attitude shown by the owner or whoever he is named Rachit and his team members shows how inappropriately the treat their customers when the work has to be collected. I would never recommend Studio pep to anyone. The work done by his team members completely shit and the editing is a cherry on the top. If you enjoy hell after your beautiful function go for Studio pep.

Dear Studio Pep, This is in response to the review that my wife Nikita has posted. Your defensive response only goes on to show how close-minded you are about feedback, and how you tend to counter-attack your customers. She never mentioned that the pre-wedding insistence by you was a drawback. The fact that you thought of it as criticism shows that you need to reflect on your all "push" strategy that you practise with your customers. Regarding crew members, we had very clearly communicated that we need TWO members at the entrance. We suggest that you start noting down your customers' requirements. THERE WAS NO DRONE AT OUR WEDDING. Probably your forgetfulness is the reason that my wife chose to communicate with you through e-mails for the albums. Regarding the engagement dance numbers, NO YOUR CREW WAS NOT REQUESTING CHILDREN TO GET OUT OF THE FRAME, they were rather 'hollering' to each other "Recording chaloo rakh bhai" and more such things. When she mentioned this to you, you said that the crew "have to" talk to each other. She never denied that you requested to redo a special 45-minute video for her. It is just that she expected you to be artists who don't tire the customer, and YOU TURNED OUT TO BE PEDDLERS selling lies. Unlike you, She refrained from making any personal comments in her reveiw, for instance, the way your crew behaved as if they were the guests at the event and not sewrvice providers. Why would any customer bear a malicious intent towards a vendor? And please STOP BLATANTLY LYING that you covered any costs for us. WE NEVER WENT FOR ANY PRE-WEDDING. We are not people who would let a service-provider pay for us. A good decision on your part to not refute her "allegations". It is anyway hard to refute the truth! Also, please peddle your wares of "moving the mountains", "making a couple cherish their moments", "creating memories of a lifetime" somewhere else. It will work on people who are gullible enough to hire you. Also, we didn't know that you were making "losses" by hiring us. At 2.2 lakhs without any pre-wedding, you need to really reflect how efficient your business is, if you are making losses. And yes, please be mindful of your responses to reviews in future. You can't defend a lie infinitely by calling other people's truth as "partial".

The work you guys deliver is just amazing, beautiful moments captured at such perfect timings. Wonderful teaser, video and just perfect album. Highly recommend. Thanks to the studio pep(Rachit) & team.

Rachit has very good experience of photography, infact I would say his work reflects more than that. Only thing is being a couple you just have to let him know the expectations in the start. He is very friendly , enthusiastic, talented and genuinely love what he do. We are happy with his work. There is always a scope of improvement as we are human and we always strive to get the best. I would not miss an opportunity to thank Studio Pep Photography and team for making my wedding and all its functions and rituals so memorable with their impeccable photography. It was my first experience with their team and I guess it was the best one till now. Their team, especially Mr. Rachit Handa and Mr. Aksh Ruhal are so humble and passionate photographers that they always come out with something extraordinary out of the available ordinary wherewithal. I bothered them so many times for editing the videos, especially our pre-wedding video to fulfil our expectations and I was very happy to receive a positive and affirmative response from their team.
