Soulmets Photography

I don’t know about his work but I do know that he and his wife(exotica beauty listed on wedmegood)lie to get contracts for themselves. I had created a pro account on wedmegood in February for my wedding in Patna . I required a photographer and a makeup artist. This lady Sneha called me with her fake name Sunaina and said that she is a customer relationship manager at wedmegood. As wedmegood does give you a call after enrolling with them I considered her call to be a genuine one. Post that she pitched in Soulmets for the photography. I was skeptical to take him as his work on WMG as well as Instagram is not very great. She gave me reasons like the photographer had to bring down his photos due to some plagiarism issue and hence we are not able to see his actual work. She made him send me his work pictures personally on WhatsApp. (Now I don’t know if it’s actually his work or not). Even if I suggested other photographers she gave me some reason to not hire them. Since she portrayed herself as a customer relationship manager I took her advice and hired Vishal from Soulmets photography. For the makeup artist she pitched some lady and sent her work pictures on WhatsApp. I hired basis her recommendation and paid 10k advance. I made the payment via upi to a lady named Rabia. Post payment also she did not provide the makeup artist name or details. Now Soulmets was acting weirdly. I did not have a single deliverable from him even 20 days before my wedding. Not even the card or video invite. This is when I was troubled and asked Sunaina to Give me the makeup artists number so that I don’t face problem on that front. She gave me some lady’s number. When I called her I realised that she was Sneha’s coworker and Sneha is only the makeup artist whom I have hired and all this while she was pretending to be sunaina. All this while WMG had no idea that these 2 people ( vishal and Sneha ) were doing all this and hence i could hold no body accountable if they did not turn up on the wedding day. As soon as I got to know of their deeds I contacted WMG and escalated the matter with all proofs. Post this Soulmets photography got to know of the escalation and denied to cover my wedding(~15days before the wedding). He delivered a video invite and charged me 5k for it. ( video is not worth the money he took) . Before this any conversation with vishal would happen via Sunaina, but the day he called for denying the work he said that he knew Sunaina as they work at the same place. . All proofs are submitted with wedmegood and anybody who is thinking of taking their services can check with their customer relationship manager from WMG for the authenticity of what I have written here. Trust is the most important thing In any transaction or in any business, and trust is what these 2 people are breaking. Please think wisely before taking their services. Weddings are an important part of peoples lives . Friends and family are involved. Why people like them not understand the essence and importance of it and play such games.

worst Experience. 👎🏻 guys, i am giving a genuine review of this team here. team soulmets (Vishal, sumit, alok and others) is full fake and Vishal is the biggest fraud i ever saw in my life. All 5 star review here are given by his/her own team members, friends only. So, pls don't go by that. Everything was done irresponsibly and badly. Even after 5 months they didn't give me edited videos and album. All they gave me is just few unedited videos in bits and pieces and all raw photographs. I need to print album and make videos with editor on my own for which I have to spend extra money again. Guys, this team ruined my wedding. I literally felt helpless and cried for the simple reason that why I choose this team for my wedding. Our wedding took place in Vedic villages kolkata. Team soulmets came, enjoy everything in our wedding, made their own blogs, took money from us and totally ruined our wedding. They didn't took proper videos at all. Unedited videos which they gave me are like they are made up from some phone camera and very pathetic videography by them. They even can't cover my entire wedding in videos. Just few unedited raw videos of wedding they gave me. Vishal actually works somewhere else and this is just his part time work. He is the biggest cheat i ever saw. He will talk to you very nicely and professionally initially but once he get his money, he will show his actual colors. Another man Alak is as useless as Vishal. In the whole wedding he remain busy in his own blogs only. This team is a shit and if this team had done similar with other clients, kindly contact me. This guy Vishal is doing same fraud with many people and nobody is able to catch him. He had done same with two other clients, Aakash and Subhasish. So, i will be happy to file a proper legal complaint of fraud against this Vishal, if other people join me. Just ping me on my no. 9635152483. I just want to make sure that never ever he is able to ruin anyone else's wedding. Please please never ever choose this team for any programme. They will totally ruined your programme. ZERO star to team soulmets (Vishal, sumit, alok and others).

Thankfull I stumbled across soulmets, great team to work with. They have unique ideas, very receptive, on time delivery. Also best part I liked about them is professional way of handling all the event.

Vishal was the best wedding photographer and videographer ever! They made us feel so comfortable and every single picture they sent to us (over 550!) was incredible and everything I told them I wanted out of my wedding pictures. The video was also out of this world beautiful. I couldn't believe what they were able to capture at my backyard wedding!
