A Nightmare After the Wedding I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by Himanshu Kumar's (alias Sunny) team. While their initial interactions were pleasant, their post-wedding performance was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite repeated promises of delivering our wedding photos and videos within 30-45 days, we were left waiting for over 5 months. The lack of communication and transparency was infuriating. Phone calls were ignored, WhatsApp messages went unanswered, and no updates were provided. It's disheartening to have invested in a service that failed to deliver on its basic promise. A wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and having timely access to its memories is crucial. I strongly advise against considering this vendor for your special day. Pros: 1. They were very civil in the entire wedding. 2. Their work is good. Cons: 1. They delay their work deliverables like anything. You cannot even imagine. And their non-responsiveness frustrates a lot. 2. They talk real sweetly but always ask for INFINITE time for the deliveries. 3. They do not stick to their deadlines. Which is OKAY. But not sharing any update and anything even after many weeks of the deadlines. This is ridiculously bad.
