I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and dissatisfaction with the keratin straightening service I received at your salon in January. I had the unfortunate experience of being attended to by a stylist. This was my second time visiting your salon for a keratin straightening treatment. During my first visit, I was pleased with the outcome. However, I deeply regret to inform you that my recent experience has been nothing short of a complete disaster. Not only did the results fail to meet even the most basic expectations, but I have also suffered severe hair fall since the treatment. Despite my ongoing attempts to seek a resolution, the lack of appropriate action from your salon's staff has been profoundly frustrating. Every time I have contacted your salon to discuss my concerns, I have been met with indifference and empty promises. I have been advised on multiple occasions to spend additional money on spa treatments with the assurance that it would improve the results of the keratin treatment. However, this recommendation has proven to be ineffective, and my hair continues to exhibit the same issues. To provide clarity, let me outline the specific problems I encountered: Lack of Straightening Effect: The keratin straightening treatment failed to deliver the desired results. Within two months of the treatment, my hair began to revert to its original state, resulting in a complete loss of straightness. This is a clear indication of poor-quality service and inadequate application of the keratin treatment. I have already shared the images over WhatsApp to you. Excessive Hair Fall: Following the keratin treatment, I noticed a significant increase in hair fall. Prior to the treatment, I had never experienced such excessive shedding. The hair fall has continued persistently, causing me considerable distress and concern for the health of my hair. I believe it is the responsibility of your salon to ensure customer satisfaction and rectify any issues that arise as a result of the services you provide. As a loyal customer who returned to your salon for a second time, I expected a consistent level of quality and professionalism. Regrettably, my expectations were not met. In light of the aforementioned issues, I kindly request the following: A full refund for the keratin straightening treatment, as it did not meet the advertised standards and has caused severe hair fall. Compensation for the additional expenses incurred in attempting to rectify the situation, such as the suggested spa treatments. Assurance that your salon will take immediate action to address the poor service and prevent such incidents from recurring in the future.
