Highly unprofessional and rude. Glad we didn't book them. I liked their work online and approached them 2 months before we actually met. Since we stay in different locations we could not meet due to both of ours busy schedule. Finally I flew down to Ahmedabad just to meet her as agreed and she confirmed me availability till the day we met. After our meeting she promised to mail me quotations as per my requirements within 12 hrs. I didn't receive any details for more than 48 hrs and I didn't bug her considering it was weekend. Suddenly on Monday she calls me to inform she has already booked someone within 24 hrs of my meeting with her. I was stunned with this behavior which she calls 1st come 1st basis and "Business". Least she could have done is checked with me that one more client is willing to book her for similar dates and if I still haven't decided she would like to confirm them. But she calls me to inform she already has accepted cheque from them. Be careful folks while booking !!
