Terrible service, took order and after receiving the payment,decided it was okay not to communicate further with updates. After constantly messaging them, Simran replied that due to her personal issue she will not be able to deliver the outfits in due date. Then the process of returning the money was traumatic, as I had to keep messaging them constantly and they will only reply after 2/3 days! Did not even return the money at one go (eventhough I paid the advance money at one payment). They kept paying me in 1000 Rs, 5000 RS (installments) and that too after I kept chasing them for refund! Horrible service, failed commitment and no apologies. Dealing with them was a nightmare. **Since, there is no option to reply to your response, I am adding my response here Well, few things that needs to be cleared here. Firstly, I was given the details of Simran Porwal as a Designer,  secondly Simran Porwal was the one dealing with it, finally, when I asked at the initial stage if I could see some of your work I was provided with SIMRAN PORWAL COUTURE Instragram page (Not Varsim which now you are claiming to use it as an escape route rather than owning up to how poorly your service was) I am attaching some of the screenshots just for reference to clarify my point. Most importantly the payment I made was to Simran Porwal and not to Varsim overseas, as I was provided with the bank detail of Simran Porwal, if I was represented by Varsim, and you wanted to take advantage of two different business identities when things goes south, then why did you not provide me the payment detail of your manufacturing company? The price was quoted by you and I agreed to it. I also paid advance payment at once , it was from your end you were struggling to return the money and kept on paying in INSTALLMENTS  of 1000 RS, 5000 RS etc, and that also after I kept chasing you multiple times, so the question who can afford what, is to be considered here! I still understood you failing your commitment to deliver in time and was empathetic to it, but the fact that you kept on not replying to messages after receiving payment, and I had to keep chasing for my refund  for days and weeks is unacceptable.  And please go ahead with any action you would like to take I would be happy to deal with it. Finally, if this is how you respond to reviews rather than owning your mistake and trying to do better, then I would leave it for the readers to make their own judgement about your services.
