Worst experience ever. Please don’t seek this business. Our experience with this company has been a complete nightmare. We hired Kunal for our wedding two years ago, and we’re still fighting to get a usable wedding video. The initial video “delivered” looked like a rough cut—shaky, poorly framed with his team’s heads appearing throughout, and most upsetting, it didn’t even include the Mangalya Dharanam ceremony. Despite months of promises, we’re still waiting on a re-edit. Every delay comes with a new excuse: power cuts, the owner’s health issues, team unavailability, server problems—the list goes on. The mental stress this has caused is indescribable, and we don’t even know if the essential moments were properly captured. Beyond the video, everything else they promised was delivered with constant issues. It started from the beginning -The team was late on the wedding morning, the live stream ended abruptly without notice, and the promised drone never arrived They blame us for taking too long to select photos but then they used up our deposit for some other things and said they had some financial constraints in getting the album done. I’m not sure how that is our fault. To make matters worse, Kunal spent two hours on a call arguing over a 20k payment before delivering the remaining content—and he won. Despite paying, I’m still chasing him for the re-edit. Our money is gone, and now he’s saying that new projects are taking priority over ours. Kunal’s unprofessionalism is astounding. He is rude, unresponsive, and blames clients when issues arise, sending long, defensive messages instead of taking accountability. I’m prepared to share all our messages publicly for anyone considering his services. You can decide for yourself. Recently, he’s stopped responding entirely and pushed us off to a manager who seems clueless about our situation. We were told two months ago that the video was ready, but we’re still hearing excuses about the editing team and long upload times. At this point, there’s no timeline, no action, and no accountability. I am actively pursuing all necessary steps to sue this company for the stress and unprofessionalism they have caused. This is beyond bad business, and I will make sure to warn anyone considering hiring him. Other than going to their office and sitting, we have tried everything and nothing seems to work. The constant disappointment is causing so much mental strain for the whole family. If there is a way to leave 0 stars I would have done that. I was being patient and wanted to maintain a professional relationship with them but this is getting to be a lot and the long wait time is not acceptable anymore. We are being told to wait to know even the date when they can deliver the video. -edit to add more: the negative comment finally got Kunals attention(apparently he was not in Chennai all this time) and he got back with a lengthy response and a voice note as expected. So apparently his manager will get back to us with a timeline this evening. Will keep this updated. Unfortunately it has gotten to this point after waiting for 5 months. Although he keeps saying it is “just one re-edit “- then why does it take that long? And stop minimizing as I still don’t know if my mangalya tharanam has been captured or not And to make sure to add the “complete” story. The photo album was good. The digital pictures were good. The traditional video (others) were mediocre and we are told that traditional video will only look like that. I am refusing to select coffee table album until I get the video delivered. Because I don’t trust him. I am afraid that if I pay the rest 10k he will delay it even more. Edit 31/10: my parents had to visit his team in their office and talk to them. Earlier this week after another bout of voice msgs/ lengthy texts defending themselves, Kunal and team have “promised” to deliver the videos by Nov 9-11. Edit 11/11: as expected, yet another delay. We are told it will take 2-3 days due to “Google e-payment”

An extremely dishonest business. Please do yourselves a favor and find better businesses for your wedding photography. Adding context to my comment earlier. It's a bit long but hope it helps: TLDR: Deliverables took too long. We booked signature frames because we liked their profile on social media and the proposed timelines for the deliverables. The agreement was 3 weeks from the last day of the event for the pictures and 6-8 weeks for videos. This included traditional videos as well as a short 7-8 min compilation. The physical album would take 4 weeks from the date of selection of the pictures, which seemed reasonable. I'm including specific dates here so customers can get a sense of what the actual timelines ended up being and judge for themselves if they would work for them. We had three events on 25/01/2023, 26/01/2023 and 27/01/2023. I was expecting our pictures in the week of 17th February and they were delayed by a couple of weeks, which is okay. However, I got the compilation video 16 weeks later, on May 18th 2023. The traditional video was uploaded on Jan 31st 2024, more than a year later 🥲 We selected pictures for all the albums by July 5th 2023. They showed us the album layout only by October 8th 2023. The physical album was shipped sometime in March 2024 (the pen drive of the soft copies was missing). The album had a glaring spelling mistake in the groom's name right on the cover. We were asked to send the album back for corrections and we got it back on Jun 20th 2024. The pen drive was sent on Jun 28th 2024. What I have not covered here is all of the frustrating back and forth between me and this company to fight for all the deliverables I had paid for fully at the end of all the events. No one updated me when the dates were slipping so frequently, I had to constantly try to get it touch with them and guess what could be happening. I got all kinds of excuses from power cuts to more rounds of edits requested by the leads to financial troubles to floods. Even if some of them were true, it was hard to take them seriously when the excuses were so unbelievably frequent. At one point it was too taxing for me that I gave up and asked my family to deal with them instead. Any bride would be excited for her wedding pictures. Having to deal with all this completely took the excitement out of it for me. However, I'd also like to highlight a few aspects that did go well. Pros: 1. They were punctual at all the events. 2. Their output was good. You can see their work on social media. Having said that, there are plenty of other companies which take good pictures too. And the hassle is just not worth it IMO. 3. The photographers onsite were very nice and easy to work with. I really enjoyed interacting with them. 4. Prices were reasonable. Cons: 1. The timelines. 2. Frustration from communication to get all the deliverables. 3. They are extremely defensive and don't seem open to any negative feedback. I won't be surprised if they respond saying this review is unfair to them, even though I've tried to stick to facts as much as possible. 4. I didn't appreciate their lies and excuses. This has been pointed out by other reviewers as well. It's extremely unfair to customers who have paid lakhs of rupees. If you end up booking them, don't make the mistake of paying them 100% of your dues before your deliverables like I did. I think the original plan was that I'd pay 10% after the deliverables. I'd forgotten this detail in all the wedding chaos.

We had the worst experience in working with horrible company. The owner is so arrogant n has still not given the deliverables even after 2 years of constant follow ups , he keeps giving random excuses everyday. Please do urself a favour n don't hire signature frames

Checked the photos ...I love them ...very beautifully captured and aesthetic too You guys have done an absolutely fabulous job ...thanks to your team who came that day Just one clarification: we had a photo shoot at the lawn by the end (in the saree) we had requested those near the trees with the hanging lights ...I'm not able to see any of those Possible to check if that was missed? Was really looking forward to see them too Would be great if you can check with Suren who came that day

My engagement was in March of 2021, and the dates for the wedding was fixed for October 2021. Since March I was on a search spree to find a solid photographer that meets my requirements but also fits my budget. March through July, I’d have spoken to a minimum of 30 to 40 photographers. Most of them I had to let go cause they were charging a bomb for very minimal services. This went to a point where I thought maybe it’s this difficult to land a decent team for my budget and started reducing my requirements even further. A random suggestion or ad on Instagram is what introduced me to Signature Frames, and thank god for that!!! All of the patience since March and constant effort to find a good team really did pay off, cause my family and I hit jackpot with Signature Frames!!! What a solid, solid team! What professionalism!! What dedication to their art!! ♥️♥️ Kunnal and I had a call during early August. During which point we were confused with 2 or 3 other photographers. When I spoke to Kunnal, it felt like reconnecting with an old friend. The first thing that I told Kunnal was I have a budget. He was completely understanding of it and made me feel comfortable to progress with the conversation. When I told him the budget, he said he and the team can work around it without any problem. Post this, I was expecting a negotiation around the services he can offer for the budget, cause that was what I was used to during the couple of months of search. So, I asked, “what are the services that you can offer for my budget”, in an almost shocked tone, Kunnal says “everything, ma’am”. I couldn’t quite understand and I asked what he meant. He went ahead to explain that the whole team will be there from the first day morning until the next day evening and make sure both candid and traditional photography services are provided thought those 2 days. This is in addition to a pre-wedding shoot, mind you. I was initially shocked about how this was possible. I was at a point where I might have to reduce my requirements cause the studios who provided quite bad quality of work were charging a LOT of money. I might have checked with Kunnal a couple more times even post that first call, cause I couldn’t believe that such good quality in a decent budget was possible. He was absolutely patient in answering my pestering and questions all throughout. My partner and I wanted to visit the studio and meet Kunnal in person. When we went to the studio, we expressed our interest of having a indoor shoot, and the team readily agreed for the shoot to take place in that beauty of a studio they have!!! This was again surprising, cause the photographers whom we spoke to before wanted us to pay extra as the studio rent if it was to be an indoor shoot. We were so happy with the comfortablity and the conversations, so we paid an advance and got them booked in August. So so glad that we did. I felt so glad after the discussion and so happy to have gotten a team after so many uncomfortable conversations with many photographers. Post this, I proceeded to bombard Kunnal and team with a gazillion messages on how I need the pictures to be, sample pictures, sample audios, sample videos - just about everything!! The amount of patience Kunnal had to be open and receptive of my suggestions, questions and just constant chatter is astounding. Another example to show how professional, empathetic and solid this team is!!!! We wanted to have a pre-wedding shoot to know the team a little bit and for them to know us a little bit. The shoot happened 2 weeks before the wedding, and boy, what an experience!!! The entire team was SO involved in getting the right shots! What was supposed to be a 3 hour shoot, went for over 6 hours. The amount of effort and patience they had to get the shots right is absolutely commendable. It went to show how much of their personal time they were willing to give to ensure that the pictures came out beautifully. It could have been a very industrial process, where they could have said, 3 hours and the shoot is done. This reminded me of how Kunnal also did have an option to say, we might not be able to offer all the services for the budget, despite me having mentioned that it was told by another photography team. It was ONLY their passion and the commitment to their work that made them go the extra mile in every step of the way. During the 2 entire days of the wedding, Signature Frames team became family and I cannot wait for them to achieve more and more success and go places!!!! I was conscious about my makeup and about posing. The entire team made me feel so comfortable, less self-conscious and very reassuring. Honestly, I’m not a big fan of getting photographed, but these are just absolute gems to be photographed by. Mainly because, I didn’t even know where the cameras were. Absolutely genuine pictures. ♥️♥️ When we first spoke in july, I remember telling Kunnal, I can’t pose so, the pictures might be a little difficult. Be it pre-wedding or the wedding, I was really comfortable than I expected myself to be. It felt like, the entire wasn’t there for at the venue for photography, it felt like they were there for the event as a part of our family, which I absolutely adore! ♥️♥️ I cannot miss but say this, they wore veshti for the wedding - my mom and I were recently looking at the pictures again and she said, “one of the best decisions that we made was to go ahead with these children. What a fantastic team. Ellam azhaga veshti kattittu vandhaanga. Chammathu team ♥️” I have been telling Kunnal, I have a brother and so does my partner. There is no way that we’re going to look for another team of photographers EVER again for any of our events. You guys, very honestly, deserve a lot, LOT more. This is in the most honest opinion of my family, friends and myself, solely for the passion that they have towards such tremendous work that they do. No matter how big you grow, which the entire team will, very soon, I really wish and hope that you stay connected to that passion that each of you have. The world has a weird way of commercialising and industrialising everything. Just make sure that your passion and commitment is your value proposition forever! ♥️♥️ My family and I really, really hope and wish for you guys to become humongous soon. You guys deserve it! I was in so much confusion on which wedding photographer to choose. I was given a list of 10 profiles and the fourth was Signature frames. Without giving a second thought I chose them because their work speaks!! They were a group of 4 people who always kept smiling and made us feel so much comfortable throughout the wedding 🥰 Much more tiring thing was to stay for almost 7 hours with our wedding rituals. My God they were never tired. They were not even ok breaks in between. I was wondering if they even sat down for a minute. In short I would recommend do not think of anyone else. They are really hardworking and the best !! ❤️🥰 Thank you Kunal, Anto, Mohit and I’m not sure about the other guys name but thanks a lot from the bottom of my heart. You are the best!! 🥰
