Shutterdown - Lakshya Chawla

Even before I was engaged , I had selected my wedding photographer . Following shutterdown since a long time I was in awe of their photography and films . I had made one request to my fiancé then ,that please let me chose the photographer for our wedding , to that he agreed . But what did I know , that decision of mine would be so wrong that words are less to describe my emotions . The entire team made so many glitches and mistakes the entire team to which they said was our first time won’t happen again . For me my wedding was the most special moment of my life . The mistakes they made - 1. They did not take video bytes of the grooms parents and even my mother’s . To which they had a reply that they were busy . No bytes from the groom or brides friends either . It’s a photographers/ videographers basic duty to find time in between ceremonies happening . 2.They did not take the dance audio from the wedding planners for final editing of the dance videos . To that they replied like a 3 years old - we forgot 3.They didn’t take the couple photos near the hashtag , saying the couple was busy during the entire cocktail function which was of 8 hours. 4. They had zero coordination with the event management team during the wedding functions , in spite of them being told about them from beginning . 5. It took them 3 years to give the album , 4 years for the raw data and 6 years to the family dance performance videos which still are not properly edited and given. 6. Their entire staff changed over time , they all heard me and told yes they were at fault but nothing can be done. Me as a bride had given them all important and all tiny details they needed to know . It was my special day of my life. I trusted Lakshay Chawla as a big brother , a friend who I believed was perfect at his work But I was all wrong . I ask all brides and grooms not to trust them and do the mistake I made in choosing them as photographer for their special day I ask Lakshay and shutterdown team to reimburse the money my family paid for the service they were supposed to provide but did nothing as expected and as asked them to do .

THE BEST PHOTOGRAPHERS. It was an amazing experience with Lakshya & the team. I’ve always been told wedding shoots are exhausting. But nah, we were literally enjoying every moment of the shoots.

I always knew it wanted to work with Shutterdown and happened to bump into tge team at a family wedding and knew we would have a blast. The team was super cooperative and felt just like family. Having a photographer/ cinematographer as one of a super close friend helps! While Lakshya-Shutterdown Photography wanted to enjoy the wedding as a friend, we had his team for our video. The video sure took us by surprise of the sheer emotions we had lived by and the euphoria that we could sense amongst our friends and family. I particularly loved the sort of music they have used through the video, very rustic, natural and mostly non-commercial or Bollywood. Source
