To begin with, it's really is very difficult to get your Caterer to understand Bengali cuisine and on top of that get them to make Bangali food. May be I was lucky or references do actually work, I hired shree Ram caterers on the recommendations of my didi. They have done their housewarming done through them and guys what an amazing set of preparation I got from them. To tell you upfront, we got at least five six Bengali food items other than the normal north indian food. Highlight of the dishes were - puchka, beguni, sukto, chholar dal and payosh. Very well done guys. Keep up the good work
