Extremely unprofessional behavior.. The lady is very rude,we had an verbal agreement on the wedding date and her charges,I had payed her the whole amount 5 months before my wedding,out of the blue the lady says ," you might have to come the studio if I have other brides,I clearly mentioned her that I have rituals I wouldn't be able to..either ways she told she would give me a full refund if I am not okay with it,Hence I asked for a refund.. She kept on postponing the refund date and kept saying she has model shoot,this and that! It's like waiting for my own money by listening to her silly reason..all said and done I kept asking for her,she sent me part-payment,(even though I payed her full),the lady kept on postponing and then she started with her stupid irrational explanation on how professional she is , working on Zari models! (She thinks it's sabyasachi I guess) ofcourse I lost it too ,we had had exchange of rude words since she provoked me and the lady said she won't refund to me at all! Untill I said I would go to the cops and then my dad called her! She wanted a sorry from my end ! " Apne paise lekar,Apne ko chidakar, Apne sehi sorry" wah Bhai wah! She talks about humanity after I sent her a sorry! I got my refund after all this fuss!!! I wish there was someone to explain her that humanity starts with giving not taking! Please be careful while paying such unprofessionals!

Pleasant, Professional and Perfect - is how I’d like to describe Shefali. Right from the time I got in touch with her, Shefali, was welcoming and warm..a beautiful personality. While she understood what I wanted she also added her magic and did a wonderful job for 3 of my events - Muhurutham, Cocktail and Wedding. She also helped me decide on my photographer and Mehendi lady - making the whole ecosystem so comfortable to work with. By the end of the events, I felt like I made a good friend. I must also mention Sowmya, the hairstylist. She effortlessly did a beautiful job with my hair on all the events. Shefali and Sowmya are a wonderful team. Shefali is fantastic at what she does. That’s it. Plain and simple: she is very very good! I’ve known her for over a decade and can say I was one of the first folks to get my make up done with her. She had a knack then that has evolved into the most brilliant artistry. I recently got my make up done with her for an engagement. I prefer to just tell her what I’m wearing and let her work her magic. If you have a look in mind, you can let her know but I think it’s good to have her use it as inspiration to tailor something to your skin, features and outfit. Don’t ask her to replicate a look! She can do it but where is the fun in that? Shefali makes skin look like skin but elevates it. Your features get defined, your tone enhanced and you will glow. You won’t feel like the product is caked on. When done, give it some time for the products to work into your skin and set. You will be stunned at the results. Your foundation will be perfectly blended and as time wears on, the make up holds. I had a full face of make up on from about 3 PM to 2 AM. By the end of the night, I had a lovely dewy glow with no need to touch up my lipstick even once. There were no leaks around the eyes either. This is saying a lot as the event was in extremely humid conditions. Shefali really cares about how you feel about the look, and I’ve always walked away from her make up services with a skip in my step. If you want to look good and feel good while knowing that the artist is working with good products, go to Shefali. She will try to get you to step out of your box. Listen to her. She made me wear a shade of pink lipstick I never thought I’d try and then my whole look popped!

Sit back and relax she will do magic, Shefali is highly professional and at the same time makes sure her clients are comfortable around. Her work is commendable and you just have to trust her. I am extremely glad I chose Shefali as my wedding MUA. I was very sick and not in conscious on my wedding day morning due to multiple ceremonies and stress but Shefali and team handled me so well. I had no idea I would turn out looking like perfect beautiful bride. A big applaud for her dedication and keeping up commitment to her clients. Also would like to mention Sowmya the hairstylist who is the finest at what she does. All in all Shefali and Sowmya are one pack team. I would definitely choose and recommend them always ❤️

I had approached shifali and her team for my engagement ceremony. However, there where some grievances from my families end with respect to my final look for the ceremony. All of these opinions where directly communicated to her and we had discussed about my wedding look prior, to avoid any further grievances. However she had made me look the best for my wedding day!! Really loved her work!! Extremely happy with the Hairstyle and saree draping by Sowmya for both engagement and wedding day. Thank-you shifali and team for making me look the prettiest on my special day....

It was truly a pleasant experience working with Shefali. You just have to trust her with the process and you won’t be disappointed with the end result. Kudos to Sowmya for the outstanding support throughout. Would highly recommend!!

Shefali is an amazing make up artist. Because of the current Covid situation, my wedding was postponed, but Shefali was very helpful throughout. The makeup was natural and she focused on enhancing my natural features and did not cake up my face. She is very easy to communicate with and understands your requirements clearly and her work is simply fabulous. Shefali's assistant Sowmya also did a wonderful job with the saree draping and hairstyle. I would recommend both Shefali and Sowmya without hesitation. I am so glad I chose Ira.

I had a wonderful experience with Shefali. She did an incredible job and she was helpful beyond just hair and makeup. She gave me so many resources while helping me. The make up was natural and beautiful and she was cool as a cucumber and her team (hair stylist) was fabulous too. I highly recommend her.

Shefali made me feel comfortable right from my first conversation with her regarding the kind of makeup that would suit my face and skin tone. She is extremely knowledgeable and has been very accommodating and open to my suggestions. I received heaps of compliments from my family and friends for the gorgeous makeup. I had booked Shefali and her team Sowmya for my wedding and reception in Udupi. Unfortunately my experience with her was not great. Although the muhurta look was decent, it didn't stay throughout the ceremony. No input on what was required was taken into consideration. Shefali was well informed that there are two events, one in the morning and one in the evening. However, she was constantly reaching out and I felt very rushed throughout the rituals due to the constant pressure from her end. Also, once I got back, she didn't give me a chance to wash up for my second look, a second layer was applied, and the result was rushed and I was extremely disappointed.Overall she was not cooperative, her work was not upto the mark, was very uniterested and was borderline rude. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience on what should have been the best day of my life. However, her team Sowmya was great. She tied my saree beautifully, and did my hair according to what we had discussed.
