SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE—THIS TEAM WILL RUIN YOUR EVENT. My experience with this company at my own wedding was an absolute disaster. The level of unprofessionalism was shocking. Despite being based in Gurgaon, they secretly outsourced the catering for my Gurgaon wedding to an incompetent third party—after taking a huge amount of money and making big, flashy promises. What actually happened: They took a heavy advance and acted as if everything would be world-class. But on the wedding day, the food showed up nearly two hours late. I had 150 guests standing around hungry and confused. It was embarrassing, frustrating, and completely unacceptable. To make it worse, the menu we finalized wasn’t even delivered properly. Later, we learned the truth—they pocketed lakhs and dumped the catering on a vendor who couldn’t even handle a 150-guest event. When we confronted their managers, Vikas Tyagi and Avnish Tyagi, both refused to take responsibility. Instead of fixing their mess, they had the audacity to demand more money and threatened to stop serving food mid-event. And the next morning? No staff. No breakfast. No accountability. Nothing. Overall: This team was careless, irresponsible, and shameless in the way they handled my wedding. They made big promises, took big money, and delivered nothing but stress and humiliation.

I hired Shine Catering from Mumbai for my wedding, and my experience with them was pretty good. The quality of the food was great, with each dish tasting delicious and being well-presented. Additionally, their services were budget-friendly, making them an excellent choice for those looking to balance quality and cost. I highly recommend Shine Catering for any event in Mumbai.
