I hired them to deliver - picture, video, highlight and album. Paid entire amount 60k before D-day, which is truly overpaid looking at their the output that’s below quality : 1. they did not cover my family portrait or any wedding guest couple portrait. It is all candid random shots of guests. 2. Video : the camera angle shows that someone has sat down and literally kept the camera in lap for entire good duration of pheras and wedding. 3. They were not proactive of removing people out of frame and even denied request from my parents for the couple picture. Imagine not having a good couple picture of your parents on your own wedding!!! 4. Album - they did not even do basic filtering of the pictures which is below quality. I still get so angry and sad looking at those pictures and trying to filter out pictures for album is dreadful exercise for me hence pending for over a year now. They didn’t even follow up once in year on album delivery for which they have taken the payment well. 5. There should be raw videos of conversation in the room etc which they didn’t share. It should have been shared ,even if you don’t want to edit or make a video. It should have been shared. 6. Team - they brought in a good amount of people at the venue however as said in point 3 it all seems very casual and unprofessional output. They were even not available for good amount of time when I was all ready and waiting for reception to start. One team could have taken bridal shots post ready. Overall, I don’t recommend the team and pictures don’t bring joy to me and my memories. Kindly choose a proactive dedicated professional team for your day.

Highly recommend liveolive entire team's work for their professionalism, creativity, quality and timely service. I still remember conversation with Sajan chetan wherein he said he believes in delivering the pictures right away so that the feel of the event is still afresh in our minds which was the case. Very quick and efficient delivery of edited soft copies of pictures and the album was high quality print and design.Not only us our families equally loved it! Being international customers, me and husband can vouch for the standard of service which has been excellent and exceptional.
