I had a horrible experience here. They constantly gave us false hope just to sell things to us. 1. When we asked if the prices were negotiable, he said yes no problem, but when it came to payment they refused to negotiate and said it is fixed price, which would have been fine to us if they had told us this from the beginning , but they should have told us this earlier to manage expectations to keep in budget. Basically lied to us. 2. Being a plus size woman (size uk 16) I was skeptical on getting a ready made lehenga, but they persuaded and convinced me to get 2 lehengas to be altered to fit me the way I want, including long sleeves. When I did come back for a fitting, 1 lehenga too was so wonky, and the other didn’t even go past my shoulders. When it couldn’t fit, their suggestions were to add plain cloth to the side of the fully embroidered blouse. These were lehengas for my wedding, I didn’t want to be conscious of how my blouse looks during my own wedding. Same with the sleeves, plain net sleeves were added, when they promised me it would be fully embroidered. Imagine your sleeves being fully embroidered from shoulder to above your elbow and then suddenly plain net till your wrists. It was so ugly. In the end after arguing with them soooo much for being dishonest and giving so much false hope, they eventually refunded me for the lehenga that didn’t pass my shoulders and refused to refund the wonky weird sleeves one. Now I am stuck with this expensive, wonky lehenga, which I don’t even feel comfortable wearing for my wedding because it is associated with bad memories. The worse part of all of this is how it made me feel about my body when I’m trying on something that is supposed to make me feel pretty for my wedding, but instead they left me feeling insecure for the rest of my wedding shopping trip

I got some of my wedding outfits from them and I totally loved what I got. They have an amazing collection for brides. Their fitting and quality of cloth is too good. Definitely recommend It to others.
