I just happened to come across this review from Aditi and while each person has a view and we respect those thoughts. My opinion of Sahil as a Photographer is quite the opposite. It was my sister's wedding and I decided to gift my sister a set of priceless pictures she could never get enough of. We decided to do the shoot at our ancestral haveli in peak summers. Sahil agreed to come down to Jaipur with me just for this shoot and he managed to make my traditional family feel comfortable to the extent that my late Nani who was then 90+ agreed to do a ghoomar dance. It was about 45 degrees and Sahil had done his full research on locations he wanted to shoot at. Not once did he complain of the heat and we shot for almost 6-7 hours. We got 20 seriously good pictures all of which now adorn the walls of my sister's house. As a sweet gesture, he even went ahead and gave us a short video of the pictures that we played "by demand" "on repeat" on every single function. Sahil was extended an invite for the wedding - not as a photographer (due to budget constraints) but as a family member by the end! I only wish I could share those pics here! My experience with him has been fantastic which is why I was almost compelled to write this review as I came across view which I felt wasn't doing justice to Sahil as a Photographer!

I always wanted an apt photographer for my wedding functions as its a once a lifetime moment. So after a lot of research I found out about Sahil. Sahil did my engagement. As agreed he promised to give me 300-500 processed images. On the other hand he gave only 96 images (edited & unedited). For the past 2 years I have been avoiding this post but everytime I look at my album I feel so disheartened so today I thought to share it. No doubt those 96 pictures are very good but still who wants only 96 pictures from their engagement. On asking Sahil about it he goes like I must not have found moment to click pictures. Like really, from a 5 hour affair you could not click pictures and is that your explanation for not clicking pictures. Whatever said and done my engagement will not happen again and for the rest of the life I will have to live with those 96 pictures. Also I have no picture of my grandparents from my engagement n he did not find it necessary to click. He's too arrogant to be a photographer. A photographer requires humbleness and a nature to gel with people which he lacks. So think twice before hiring him.

Shooting with Sahil was a delight! He is fun to be around and captures a lot of candid moments. He made me super comfortable and was able to understand what I wanted from the shoot. Knew the right people to click! Also, I was happy with the delivery part- thankfully didn't have to chase him and the prints are great! After all photographs is all what is going to be left forever from the entire day! Thanks Sahil. Looking forward to shoot with you again! ggjhih

The way you’ve captured our memories so vibrantly, you have made revisiting them even more pleasurable! The way you participated and engaged with us, you parted as a friend! Our special moments would have been incomplete without your art and spirit… thank you Sahil, for telling my story so well

We have had Sahil capture the last two weddings in our family. Each time he has left us mesmerised with his craft. He just know which moments are special and deserve their place in our personal histories. He became.one with our families and connected with our friends. His emotive images will continue to adorn our walls and frames.

We were a little nervous about finding the right photographer for our wedding but once we came across Sahil’s site, we were convinced he was the right photographer. Sahil doesn’t force staged moments, he just happens to somehow be there when those moments happen naturally. Few photographs that he captured during the bridal games were exceptional and each had its own tale. Whenever I look at these photographs it never stops with just the events that happened but gives a complete picture of how the whole place was filled with happiness and joy. In short, the tone of the day really shines through in the pictures. GREAT photography……!!!!!!!!!

Kariba Kohli “Weddings I feel, is a time when everything for the bride & groom’s a complete blurrrr!!!!! It’s up to the photographer to take you back to those days for the rest of your lives. After seeing Sahil’s candid photography, I realized that him shooting our wedding was absolutely the BEST thing that could’ve happened for us.”

Sahil is simply amazing! I LOVED my wedding photos and will cherish these images forever! The pictures he took are stunning, vibrant in color and so lively. Sahil also had a very unique ability to sneak into scenes to snag a picture without making his presence obvious. He’s able to capture scenes without making people feel self-conscious or that they have to pose because he is around. Very prompt about returning phone calls and emails. I loved working with !

Oh God! Thank you so much Priyanka - I'm genuinely grateful and touched, but I'm afraid the skeptics will question the timing of your review ;) What is it with you guys taking the sheen off my "quantity" though - I gave you 30 something images from what I recall. But WOW...20 odd out of that on the walls is super! I'm so flattered :)
