I took a trip and went specially in person to place an order of sherwani, 3 suits, and 1 tuxedo, they took his measurements themselves and still all the items came tight. The suit pants were tight by 2-3 inches, despite the fact that my body measurements are the same. Our Sasa Style Rep dismissed our concerns by saying " oh you can have those taken out." I'm not sure why we should have to pay tailors additional money to have these pants fixed. My fiance asked if they could make the tuxedo pants again and they charged him for the additional pants, despite the fact that their error caused us to have 4 ill-fitting pants. Manvir, our rep, made promises to have the embroidery on the sherwani made to match my lengha, and I should share pictures of that lengha. He ensured us that the coats would only have one pocket, and not two like the samples. NONE of these promises were fulfilled. The sherwani and the coats were made just like their samples, and none of our requests were honored. I had shared images of my lengha pointlessly. Basically, these guys make huge promises to make the sale, and then fall short on your requests, then dismiss your concerns. I attached screenshots of their communication with myself of their "forgetting" our requests, and the dismissal of concerns. The quality of their product is pretty good, but their customer service is dismissive and sub par.
