A beautiful, intimate and personalized engagement party. The venue was a shed-like space at the corner of a lovely garden. The shed was lit with hundreds of filament bulbs, and Supriya's family laid out stacks of her favorite books as a part of the decor. They even used old, dressed up liquor bottles as centerpieces for the tables, in which the guests could leave messages for the couple. With the Army band playing classics to add to the vibe, this evening was nothing short of magic!

One spring afternoon, I took a walk around Lodhi Garden with Abhishek & Victoria for an engagement portrait session. Beautiful moments unfolded, with the city doing what she does best - burst into bloom and take our breath away. New Delhi, 2019.

Nivedha's love for handcrafted simplicity reflected in all aspects of her wedding. From her clothes and makeup to the handmade centerpieces and wedding favors, everything was conceptualized and made by the bride herself, with half a dozen of her closest friends setting up an efficient production line for the execution bit. I came back so inspired!

For their pre-wedding shoot, Shrutika & Aurv wanted explore Delhi and some of the charming experiences the city has to offer. We started with early morning chai and jalebis in Old Delhi, from where we made our way to the stunning gardens and architecture of Humayun's Tomb. As the sun went down, we took a walk around Lodhi Art District admiring wall murals to wrap up a wonderful day of finding new friends; in each other and in the varied facets of this beautiful city.

It aligns my desire for a small wedding, with my family’s to create an experience that’s big on colourful cultural elements.
