I had an amazing experience with Ritu and team , I am brides mother and my experience was stress free . it's like you can rely on the team from start to scratch ,everyone in our family enjoyed all the functions without any worries or stress. i would highly recommend Ritu and her team to everyone .

I can't believe how she has any positive reviews at all - she is a sly vile woman who only cares about cutting costs and saving money - she messed up everything from transport to logistics to event show flows. She was also rude and back answering. The entire wedding was a pain thanks to her, even the hotel was pissed off with her.

My experience with Ritu was nothing short of a nightmare. I put in so much trust in her to plan my wedding but she was not upfront with me about her capabilities. While she is an excellent wedding decorator and designer, her planning is lacking in ALL respects. We suffered for weeks while her team kept letting us down in wedding management. I basically did all of her work and I was the bride. If I could go back in time, I would and I should have hired someone else. The worst part is that Ritu does not take accountability of how much agony she caused us all through the planning of her wedding. She took zero cognizance of how much frustration she caused my family. We were making her aware several times a day about how our guest experience was lacking but nothing was fixed. She should have refunded me her entire wedding management fees considering the suffering she put me through. The only saving grace is that she knows how to execute wedding decor. My recommendation would be to not use her for any wedding management services because you will suffer and your guests will suffer.

shes not a wedding planner - but a decorator / wedding designer. it was a painful experience to work with her team and her. She's also very rude at times and her team member Pallavi is a nightmare. she made major mistakes in the planning of the wedding and we had to scrap the whole transporting of guests part. the hotel did a better job planning than them- don't use their planning services at all please
