I'm.not sure if these 5 stars are genuine. My own experience has been horrible. I ordered a blouse from Dubai, paid the international courier and it is 1.5 months...excuses after excuses. Calls n watsup not answered. Ocassional getting back with excuses. I don't think buying online from Ritu Kumar brand is worth your time or money The frustration that you have been cheated makes you feel low about Indian business. Please don't buy online from Ritu Kumar and waste your money

I had an amazing experience with the online customer team and bought my reception lehenga from Ri-Ritu Kumar for my wedding reception in Mauritius. I absolutely loved how light and comfortable the lehenga was and how beautiful it looked. The fit was perfect and no alterations was needed- impressive as I had given my measurements online. Highly recommended.

Choosing the wedding outfit is one of the most difficult decision but as soon as I entered their store, I knew I'm going to end up buying my wedding outfit from here. Wedding shopping is thrilling, exciting and stressful all at the same time but they made my journey of choosing my wedding outfits very easy. They have a really welcoming staff and they make sure to make you comfortable and guide you through everything. Loved shopping from here. The fitting was absolutely great as well. Recommended.

They were our wedding caterers. They have a vast menu which makes is so difficult to choose from because everything on their menu is so good. Everyone loved the food and their presentation. Highly recommended.

Shopping from here for my wedding was an absolute delight. They have really good collection and they know their customers. The management is really helpful and would suggest you the correct thing.
