RDX Photography

I was charged 70k for my engagement and wedding photography and I was made to make an advance payment of Rs. 35,000/- before Engagement and Rs. 25000/- immediately after Wedding. Rest Rs. 10,000/- was to be paid at the time of delivery. I was told that they will deliver my album and video within 2 months of the marriage. But to my utter sadness they handed over my album after 5 months and my half done video after 11 months of the wedding. The most disgusting fact is even though the pictures in the album are ell edited but the quality of the album is so bad that it tore in the 3rd month of use only. Moreover, the video doesn't have 60% of the functions in it. They haven't included my haldi, mehendi and Sangeet functions. The wedding ceremony is also partly included. On being asked, (Santosh) the owner of the photography agency says that the hard drive has got crashed. I have never seen such an irresponsible and unprofessional man in my life. They never valued the importance of my special day. Even after ruining it, he spoke rudely when being questioned as to when will he be able to give me the full video. The agency owner didn't compensate for me heavy loss. Though I didn't pay the last Rs. 10,000 that they had charged but it has in now way pacified me and my family. I won't never ever recommend about this photography agency to anyone.
