Great visual designs, however, the service was unsatisfactory for the following reasons: 1. The lady that was assisting us, Mukta, was very impatient with the responses to questions we had. Naturally, being overseas, we had our concerns and wanted to know what we were paying for. Instead of patiently answering these questions or addressing these concerns, we were reminded of how “prestigious” their business was and that we shouldn’t be asking too many questions. Thus, the designs (front/back) were not communicated as the back was blank, and we were not confident with the purchase we made at the time of the order. 2. As per the first point, we were told not to ask too many questions, and trust the professionalism of their work. However, when we received the cards, the cut of cards were not aligned. Some cards were bigger than the others, the quality of the paper was mediocre, and only the design of the card was what we were happy with. 3. Trying to make the payment was a difficult task for us. They didn’t have a business account to transfer to, so we had to transfer to a personal account. Unprofessional. For a personal transfer from our bank, we needed certain details such as the full name, address etc., which Mukta refused to provide. After multiple attempts in various ways, we were finally given the information we needed to send the transfer. In conclusion, as great as the design of the cards are, we did not find it worth it because of the awful service we received. I hope the business is able to read through this and implement changes to improve the experience of clients in the future.

Loved the service. It was a bit confusing as we couldn’t meet in person to do the things. But the end result was beautiful. If you want something personalized and quirky then these are your people.
