Purple Knots

The decor was amazing and the way they had taken care of the minutest things in the wedding was commendable.

I had my wedding function on 30th November 2020. I was not very happy with the quality of the decor provided by purple knots. There are many requirements that are missed in the decor even though we provided clear instruction on our need prior to the event. I can quote a simple example - We requested to put 4 small banana trees on four corners of the mandap which is a part of the custom. The decorator completely missed this during the event. Among other things that this decorator missed in my wedding event, I am quite offended with this one. This only shows how casual you are in noting your customer's requirement. Among the items that this decorator provided, one thing that caught my attention is the seating arrangement. The sofa that was provided for the bride and groom to sit looked old and was torn. When I complained about the same post my event , the decorator told me that we had low budget! Totally disappointed !!!
