Absolutely Horrendous Experience – Do NOT Hire! If I could give zero stars, I would. Hiring Prayukti events was the biggest mistake of our wedding. From the very beginning, everything was disorganized, unprofessional, and an absolute nightmare. First, communication was nonexistent. They promised to handle everything, but in reality, we had to micromanage every little detail. Everything they were confirming till the last moment and adding on costs even when we had already agreed to a quote. They had quoted 2.5 lacs for everything under decor initially, and then doubled it to 5 lacs once we had given them advance payment. Even for vendors, they doubled the quote that was initially given. Once they sensed we had nowhere to go, they suggested us we could find us another planner just a week before the wedding. That’s how professional they are. They didn’t manage checkins/extra beds even though our resort was their vendor. Even for the catering and stay, they had quoted 2.6 lacs which they increased to 4.6 lacs even after taking advance payment. On the wedding day, chaos reigned. The schedule was a mess, and half the guests were confused about where to go. Instead of managing the event, the planner was nowhere to be found when issues arose. The worst part? The planner did NOTHING to fix it. We had to rely on friends and family to salvage the day. To top it all off, they had the audacity to demand full payment 5 days prior to the event, despite their utter incompetence. Save yourself the stress, money, and heartbreak—hire literally ANYONE else!
