Ok so firstly I thought I was not good but reading some of the comments here I m now sure they are rubbish. Firstly you have Instagram account and you are putting your outfit pictures so y not a customer can take. Secondly teach your employees to talk properly. Don't tell them to snoop in phones. That is just ill mannered. thirdly they don't have much collection firstly they will tell you they have 100 outfits and then they will show maximum 5-6 pieces and then you choose. I m choosing for my bridal wear how can I just choose at once. And then they have the audacity to say that do it now otherwise after today we won't give you appointment. oh hello you have opened a shop and you are treating your customer like some shit. Please don't go guys especially if you are from Lucknow. They will treat you like garbage. worst experience. never going to recommend at all. worst designs and they have the audacity to compare with the known designers that only we use this type of clothes nobody else. like really I have seen better outfits. please don't waste your time 🙏

Recently I visited Polka Dots to get some outfits for my sister's wedding. All my dresses and my sister's lehenga is from Polka Dot and they are extremely good. They have very different collection. The owner and the staff all work passionately for their customers. Really happy with their service. Worthful visit.

I bought my bridal lengha from here. This place has some really nice friendly staff and their designing is something that you will not find anywhere else.Plus they also have some great discounts and offers and therefore all in all i really would recommend this place

too much show off without still full knowledge on designing,i did not like any of her designs because all look low quality plus they guys dont have manners to talk to customers if someone would want to just see her collections so ya guys you have to buy it if you are going there to see-very bad experience.

I got my Reception and Engagement Lehenga from Polka Dot Couture, Lucknow. It was a great shopping experience for me. I got so many lovely compliments for both the outfits. I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase. Their outfits are very designer and exclusive. The services and delivery is great as well. I'd surely recommend them further. I got my bridal outfit customised from famous designer Pallavi Madheshia Yada (owner of Polka Dots Couture) who is based out of Lucknow and I just love the work in my lehenga, it’s color combination and it’s material.

I got my reception outfit from polka dots and I was not at all satisfied with their designs and their work. I was expecting more and they couldnt fulfill my expectations. I was not at all satisfied and I would not like to recommend them.

Worst experience ever. Teach your staff some manners. If there is 'no photos' policy then have some sense how to communicate this to your customers rather than snatching it from your customer's hand. Pallavi madeshia madam please appoint some literate staff so as you don't lose your customers. Disgusting experience. Wouldn't recommend any bride this store ever.

I belong to Dubai but Lucknow being my hometown so I was there for my wedding shopping. I went to this beautiful cosy store in the heart of the city and saw the finest work and craftsmanship. The designs were fresh creative the colour combinations were out of the world and the best part was they had complimenting outfits for the bride and the groom. I was completely satisfied with the services, the way we were dealt and the way they perfectly finished the garments. They were super professional and timely service was provided. I was informed regularly about the status of my order and I was very very satisfied through the process. For me I was completely satisfied with the team polka dots couture.
