I met Palkan through a friend. I loved the decor at my friends wedding. She did the decor for my bridal shower and my cocktail. I was on a tight budget and all I told her was what I would like and surprise me by doing something that fits my budget. Its all in the details. Fabulous execution, amazing person and now a friend :) Theme: Alice in wonderland (Tea Party) Attaching a few pictures.
