Guys trust me...This is not how u see it on Instagram or facebook..,SHWETA from pixeljack is real scam along with her team.... Till the time taking money from u , They will follow up nicely... And then they take ages to help us with our own photos.. may b year after marriage also you ll keep following up...

Very slow service , it’s been more than 2 months of my marriage I m still following up with them for my video .unprofessionalism.

Fraud Alert! Both Swetha & Aakash are fraud, they harassed me so much that I had to file a Police Complaint against them. These people will not even think once before ruining your wedding day & your memories(they ruined both for me). Even after paying in full, I had to go thru hell & regretted hiring them every second. (P.S. I have a 4 page long police complaint, if anyone wants to know the details)

The team went above and beyond our expectations. They were hardworking, gave us great suggestions and a pure delight to work with. We cannot wait to see our full video and pictures. Go team Pixeljak�

Hands down, pixeljak photography is one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. Akash and his team did a phenomenal job. They were courteous, efficient, and very professional. Most importantly, pixeljak photography understood the sort of feel I wanted from my wedding pictures, and delivered. It has been the most terrible experience for me. I have also worked in the event industry but have not come across any vendor as unprofessional as Pixel Photography. 1. Asks for work by following up multiple times but once work is assigned and more than half of the payment is made, the team is always busy with meetings and shoots. In nut shell, there is no value of the client once the payment is done 2. Demands 100% payment in advance 3. Makes false promises and does not deliver work in time 4. Committed to share 20mins video but only shared 10mins final video. On being asked why so, the answer was that he did not get good shots in a two day wedding that included Mehendi, Cocktail and Wedding. Thats a quite surprising rather shocking statement to make for any photographer/videographer I would only like to say that it is indeed a business for you Pixel but it is a dream event for any couple and their families. So please learn some professionalism before you take any further projects and ruin their weddings. A last piece of advice - Please be honest to your work and soul. From a highly dissatisfied client!
