We have engaged them for our wedding which happened in 2021. We paid all the advance and made all the payments after marriage. They took 95% payment and Gagan promised to complete the video editing and photos everything in 3 months. It has now been 3 years and after not 100's but 1000's of follow-up they have not yet given the videos. Gagan who is the owner of the studio stopped responding to calls and messages. For anyone who is looking to engage them please be very careful as your memories of lifetime can be ruined by someone like them who are extremely unprofessional and do not care about their clients.

I must say has got a very good team.They covered all my functions and took many many good and original candids from our wedding. Am very happy with their service. Really gald I chose them because such events happen once in a lifetime but stay in memories in form of pictures forever.

Please please please please do not fall for the 5 star ratings showing in Google ratings....these people are frauds..it took them 2.5 years to give wedding viedos and photos for which they charged 90k rupees...after 2.5 years of wedding we only get shit..belive me you can rather use your mobile then calling these so called professional photographers.....they ruined one of our lifetime beautiful event into hell..above that they even do not respond on calls and messages after looting us....we are thinking of taking legal charges in customer complaint....All the moments when we hire photographers and viedo Graphers are precious and lifetime moments for us but what if someone who called themselves professionals will ruin those moments....I am 200 percent sure that all these people who gave them 5 star rating are one of their family and freinds who are doing parties with them after they are doing scam and looting innocent people...🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
