It has been the worst, extremely horrible experience yet dealing with a brand that is so big. I have attached screenshots as a proof to how unprofessional the customer service department has been. They made promises and didn’t deliver. Ruined my wedding day as the dress I was supposed to wear didn’t arrive in time and I had to go look for another dress the night before my wedding. I placed an order only after receiving a confirmation from them that it will be delivered on time for me to wear on the day of my wedding. It was so stressful. It still is as I haven’t received the refund. It has been 3 weeks since I returned the dress and they are making pathetic excuses for not giving me my money back. Please do not get anything from here. Save yourself from the trouble.
