Parinay Weddings

We entrusted the responsibility of event management for our son's wedding in December of 2023 to this vendor. This vendor turned out to be nothing more than a decorator. As much as they messed up even on that front to a great degree for the High Tea event, I must give credit to some really good decor arrangements they had for the wedding itself. I must also give credit to them for arranging extremely good Kathakali and Kuchipudi dance performers at the wedding. However, here are some major flaws when it came to event management. 1. The High Tea event venue was not ready on time and was just being cleaned while our guests had already arrived; 2. Even as we had planned on getting high velocity fans to be set up at the rooftop venue, this vendor convinced us to get more expensive coolers, which they failed to provide in the last minute, citing various reasons, effectively us having to end up with nothing to beat the heat; 3. The vendor was not able to set up the table in time for return gifts and when they did, it was arranged at the back of the room, resulting in about half our guests not taking the gifts. When we realized this, we grabbed the rest of the gifts and distributed it ourselves to those who hadn't left yet! ; 4. At the wedding, there was no single POC representing the vendor that had made contact with either the Groom's party or the Bride's party; 5. When the groom arrived, the short stool and towel to wash the groom's feet were not made available to the bride's party, although they apparently had the items with them, and they blamed the bride's party for the same! ; 6. There was no thalapoli girls / trays to receive the groom, and the groom was led into the mandapam just like that; 7. the groom's mother had to help the bride's parents with the para filling and coconut flower arrangement since no one from the vendor helped the bride's parents to do the same. The vendor very well knew that the bride's party were not Keralites and had to be helped in such matters and was given a flow of events!; 8. The priest arranged by the vendor seemed to be in a rush as if he was hired on an hourly basis!; 9. The dancers performed on the wedding mandapam since there was no separate stage arranged for the same; 10. The return gift table after the wedding was set up so late causing many of our guests again not getting these gifts as well. In short a very bad event management company! If not for the support from all other vendors, the staff at the venues and the beautiful venue itself, it would have been a disaster! I would definitely not recommend this vendor for event management to anyone I care about!

I am really really excited to share my experience about being with team Parinay 😊 I had always felt bad about having my wedding during the covid outbreak. But these guys made us feel special.. The stage, The decor, Arrangements..it was so beautiful...And they made the best wedding memories for me to cherish for a life time.. ❤ So happy with them..
