As soon as we met Saravanan, we knew Oh Yes Events was the perfect choice for our wedding planners. After speaking with over 20 different planners, Saravanan and his team stood out for their willingness to listen to our ideas, calm demeanor, and ability to work within our budget. From our first meeting in December 2023 to our wedding day in September 2024, the process with Oh Yes Events was seamless and stress-free. Planning a wedding is challenging, especially when coordinating one in Chennai, India, while based in San Francisco, California. Despite the 12-hour time difference and lack of in-person meetings, the team at Oh Yes Events made sure nothing was compromised. They were flexible with meeting times and available around the clock, ensuring we covered every detail. The first task was selecting a venue. Oh Yes Events provided a variety of options, helped us shortlist venues, and negotiated quotes with each property. When we visited Chennai last December, Saravanan and his team personally toured us around the shortlisted locations. Thanks to their efforts, we decided on MGM Beach Resorts, securing the best deal through their negotiations. Once back in the U.S., the planning continued smoothly. Ancey and the decor team worked tirelessly on mood boards, revising them until we were satisfied with every aspect of the design. From the German tent to the tables and chairs, they meticulously reviewed every element with us. Saravanan and his team were endlessly patient, always willing to hear our ideas. They also helped source key vendors like the DJ and makeup artist, arranged accommodations for our guests, and, in partnership with Ayan Hospitality, assisted with RSVPs and logistics. Oh Yes Events boasts a large, professional team, and we’d like to highlight a few key members who made our wedding a success. Gokul negotiated the best quotes with vendors, while Rahul kept us on budget and managed finances. Vignesh, Rudhra, and Leeladharan from the operations team ensured flawless coordination between vendors and were on-site to guarantee everything ran smoothly. Mugundan handled transportation, organizing airport pickups, drop-offs, and transfers between venues and hotels. Ajay played an instrumental role in sourcing return gifts and welcome hampers. After countless WhatsApp messages and Google Meet calls, our wedding turned out to be everything we had envisioned. We cannot thank Saravanan and the Oh Yes Events team enough for bringing our vision to life, and we highly recommend them for any of your event planning needs.

So where should I start and why should I end? I have lived a beautiful reality that was once a dream seen by me and Oh Yes Events. I still remember the first time I had a word with Saravanan, who is the main face of the wedding planning team in February 2024 and we have come a long way together. They are a family now to me and my wife and I could not have asked for anything less than that. Oh yes teams coordinated my brother in law wedding. They planned everything in very short span of time. We stay in Bangalore, actually all the plannings was over calls and messages. But they surprised me, everything was well organized and well planned. They implemented everything perfectly. They responded quickly to our queries, and very efficient in tracking the timelines and other things. Overall it was pleasure to work them with. ( 3 words are actually not enough ) They took care of everything so well , from start to finish , including minor intricate details. Let me run you through a summary : Mr. Saravanan and Mr. Rahul are brothers and i believe the founders of Oh Yes Events. Saravanan bro is like batman , he drops occasional visits and makes sure everything’s on track , Rahul bro is like superman , nothing is impossible to him , any situation, complication arises , he’ll always be on field and sort it out and makes sure all work is done without any delay. They have graphic designers in their team who create 3D visuals of your entire set up ( in my case : wedding decor ) They are Extremely Friendly and flexible, They cater everything according to your Needs and convenience, It’s not about decor , their entire team was present during the event and made sure everything was in order. It’s not easy to coordinate 4000+ guests in the midst of 100+ vips and their escorts , they managed everything flawlessly. Quality of materials - Posh elegant premium , Ideas - Different Level , You show them something and ask if it’s possible? : Always Oh Yes it is . Price as well very economical , cost effective and flexible there as well .They are not your average event planners , they’re work is on a different scale and i’ll let the pictures do the talking.
