The odyssey film did an extraordinary job with our wedding film. They were very professional and managed to capture every small and memorable detail of my wedding. They incorporated multiple perspectives and were very accommodative of our needs. The wedding film will be one that will be treasured for lifetimes to come! Choosing odyssey was one of the best decisions made at our wedding. Srinivas is very passionate and friendly, he puts in his 100% for all of his clients. 6 months since #thusharukalyanam. going through wedding frames makes us so nostalgic but we’re still reliving those special moments watching our wedding film, incredibly captured by Odyssey Films. my now husband Thushy, met Srini & Ravi on a shooting set few years ago. little did we know, Srini would start Odyssey Films. the day we got to know our wedding dates, Thushy instantly thought of having Srini on board and happily, Srini was pleased to be part of this new venture ! while our Chennai trip, back in May 2019, Srini took time to meet us and get his first ideas of our couple. can’t forget that Junior Kuppanna food coma, those refreshing ice cream scoops at night or even that Mahesh Babu’s Telugu film ambiance in theatre. he immediatly made us feel at ease (and we think the other way round too ? haha). such a genuine and humble person we get the chance to know. Odyssey Films or the beautiful journey all the way from Chennai, India to Paris, France. we wanted our wedding film to be realistic, simply conveying who we are and how our wedding days would be as they really are. what makes Odyssey Films special is that they drive a delightful connection through narrative. their style of video storytelling is based on building stories around emotion. even during the events, they were unnoticed, without interrupting any moment. choosing them for their artistic way of filming was obvious. and naturally, the wedding film was and still is just beautiful throughout. we’re so glad for having them crafting us a memorable souvenir. we’ve only seen a glimpse of 9 minutes, edited the whole day before our reception night. not to mention the hard work behind this presentation, but the few minutes have been enough to put us into tears. Srini, you went above and beyond. unbelievable job, everyone kept telling us how beautiful it was and most importantly how our couple was that relatable. from the beginning, we were impressed with their work, which we consider so pure and full of life. but what they finally put together (check it out on Youtube), they did it with such care and poetry; the two of us, the music, the interviews (that weren’t prepared at all!), our parents’ heartfelt words, the highlights of all our events, our family and friends gathered... everything, just everything made us forget about all the disorders we had during that time. last but not least, beside being profesional, there are amazing human beings behind Odyssey Films. Srini and Ravi (and your catching smile), your great attitude up to and during the events blown us away. felt like having family around during those 15 days. you were not only understanding our situations, but you adapted yourselves with all the places, timings and people. we appreciated all your efforts tenfold and the quality of your work speaks for itself. we recommend you guys with the highest regards. we can't thank you enough for documenting our days and we will cherish the memories forever and keep reminiscing those times spent together. thank you for being part of our wedding, for being part of our life. we miss you brothers. ungal fam, Thushy & Sharu

Out of all the vendors that we hired to capture the special moments of our wedding and reception, Srinivasan & Odyssey Films was the best decision that we made. The film that he produced was truly a work of art and something that brings to us to our tears every time we watch it. When we first engaged with Srinivasan, he took the time to meet us and really understand our history. He then quickly put together a story line of how he anticipated the moments he wanted to capture from us and our family. This was really wonderful as we knew exactly what to expect. When he came on site, he was a wonderful guest in our wedding. He was not only capturing the moments, but was also helping to design the events through his creative input. He was almost invisible when capturing the events and you couldn't tell that you were on camera which made the moments feel more natural. This cannot be said about other vendors. The time he spent capturing the interviews from our family members was also memorable. He was very respective of our time and made each of family members comfortable and really asked well thought out questions that helped them tell the story of us. They couldn't stop saying great things about the process and about Srinivasan. After the event, he was in constant contact with us and made us feel informed about when we can expect something from him. He even worked with us to edit out pieces that we didn't like and even produced special films/shorts that we could use for our reception back in the US. In short - I would highly recommend Odyssey Films and can honestly say that you would be making a mistake if you didn't hire him for your wedding festivities. Thank you so much for all of your help! A wedding film is an incredibly important aspect of planning your wedding. It?s something that lasts a lifetime and longer, reminding you of all the best times spent with friends and family, the fun, the memories, the emotions and everything that passes you by in a whirl when you?re the one getting married. It?s been a little over two months since Pravesh and I got married and since Odyssey Films shot our wedding. Getting them to do our wedding film was probably the best decision we ever made. To us, this video is not just what took place, but the purest reflection of all that we felt in the ?daze? that followed. It captures the joy, the anticipation, the relief, the humor, and the feeling of love and friendship that has been so prevalent through our entire lives. Amidst all the chaos that Indian weddings can be, it captures the all-encompassing love, the excitement and the emotions in a way that we?ll always remember it like yesterday. What is most impressive about Srinivas is how incredibly hard-working and passionate he is and the effort he puts into getting to know you and your story to make your wedding film a personal one that you will cherish. We can never thank you enough for giving us something so priceless and for being so thoughtful and planning an entire surprise with our friends and family to screen the film on our birthday week. Odyssey films just did the wedding film for two of my best friends. What makes the relationship with Srini special is the effort he makes towards his clients. He took the initiative to surprise them with the wedding film for their birthday?s. It?s something that will always be close to our hearts. The film makes us remember the wedding just how it was!

For us, the most important part of the wedding was the wedding film. We wanted it to be in a such way that we could relive those moments every time we saw it. We first chose odyssey films for our pre wedding film. We were really impressed with the ideas Srinivasan brought to us and the initiative he took for the whole thing with respect to the concept, lighting, makeup, costumes etc. he didnt spare a single detail and most important he didnt make us feel the stress of shooting. After seeing the pre wedding film we booked him for the wedding without any second thoughts. And i must say that he outdid himself with the wedding film. He edited it the same day as the wedding and screened it at our cocktail party. what we loved about his work was that he didn't concentrate the film on the couple but also captured our family and friends and thats what made it extremely real and special. It was an absolute delight and the best decision. Thank you odyssey films!

They are the best cinematographers I've seen. They managed to give us a same day edit version. Every single person who watched the movie were moved to tears.

Choosing Odyssey films is one of the best decisions my sister has made in life (other than marrying Akilan). He has a keen eye for detail capturing the even smallest special moments, which tend to go unnoticed. Right from before the event, to covering it, delivery & communication, he is meticulous and thoroughly professional. Inspite of our back to back chaotic events he managed to make the most beautiful video in a couple of hours. The screening of the same day edit at the Reception left everyone with tears of joy. The shot and music selection and pairing was perfect. We loved the fact that it wasn't like any other wedding video trying to emulate Bollywood.
