Nitya Bajaj

Extremely disappointed with the service from Nitya Bajaj. Horrible experience with the staff named Geeta as she wasn’t helpful at all and is trained to not accept any of their faults. I had order a product for my kid after paying for the order in full and paying Rs 250/- extra for shipping, the order was delivered after two months and in the wrong size and now they are saying they don’t have a return policy so I am stuck with a Rs 6750/- outfit which is not even in the correct size. It’s a 2 year old size and my kid is 4.5 years old. There was no order confirmation, order number or invoice sent by email and nothing with the parcel too. There was no communication whatsoever for the delay in production, shipping etc. On complaining they said none of this is their fault and they can’t accept my return request. They stopped picking up my calls after my first call on realising it’s their fault. Extremely saddened by the brand, never buying from them again.

Label Nitya Bajaj creations are decadence personified. I have always loved her designs since always.Her creations art work with modern twist, shimmers and glitters yet simplicity makes it the best!! I am absolutely in love with what you create and all the more as to how humble and down to earth you are as a person. Also, a big shout out to you and your staff for excellent service and warmth! You guys continue to be my all time favourite designer!!

I think, I took the best decision to ask you to get my outfit ready. I have tried my hands on work of other well named designers but this time, you just stole my heart..Hoping to see you in November as I want something for my wedding too. Keep experimenting. cheers

My Cocktail outfit was from Nitya Bajaj. I got this very beautiful dress for the day and I was really happy with my purchase. I'd recommend the designer to everyone.
