I first saw Nitish's work in 2013, when he clicked candids for dancers. I've been a fan of his work since then. In 2017, we had him cover my sister's wedding and he did a beautiful job. I first saw Nitishs photographs of the Banjara School of Belly Dance. Nitish had the ability to truly capture the beauty of a woman in an incredibly powerful way. It was unusual, different from your standard 'pretty' shots but something that made those women stand out as exquisite . I talked to nitish about covering my brother's wedding and it was probably the most rewarding choice. Nitish quickly made himself a part of the family. it never felt likehe and his team were outsiders or vendors. But rather they felt very much part of the functions. I first met Nitish at my Brother’s wedding. And to be very honest all my close family till the end of the wedding shoot got attached to him not because he clicked veryyy good pictures but also he connected with us. And as soon as we got the pictures i went crazy looking at them. I mean could really feel the momemt that he captured. Nitish was a ray of light for my entire family, when my sister got married in 2015. We hired some other photographer , coincidently he was getting married the same month as my sister. He was roped in by the same guy and That was the biggest blessing! The pictures, videos, cinematic version, candid- and what not. everything was bang on! The vision through which he shoots is impeccable. Not to forget that he gels up with everyone so well, it doesn’t seem like somebody new. With all the camaraderie we shared , from being hired as a photographer to having mutual friends to being literally one of my closest friends now. We have come a long way!!
