I am utterly disappointed with the experience I've had with Nikhar Jewelry& bangles . I placed an order and made a payment for jewelry items a month ago, but I have yet to receive my items . It's disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and customer care from a business that claims to provide quality products and services. Despite numerous attempts to contact them through calls and messages, Nikhar Jewelry & bangles has shown a complete disregard for their customers. It's frustrating that they seem to be intentionally avoiding communication, leaving me in the dark about the status of my order. Even when I reached out to them on their social media posts, their responses were curt and unhelpful, demonstrating a complete lack of empathy towards their customers' concerns. A business that values its customers should prioritize communication and customer satisfaction, especially after the payment has been made. However, my experience with Nikhar Jewelry & bangles has shown that their only focus is on taking money from people and not delivering on their promises. I strongly advise others to be cautious when considering Nikhar Jewelry & bangles for their jewelry purchases especially if its international . This ordeal has left me frustrated, upset, and out of pocket with nothing to show for it. It's a shame that a business can treat its customers in such a callous manner.
