We have worked with mystique gala events two times in the past and both the times the experience was amazing. The kind of dedication these people have towards their work and commitments is amazing. They are the people of their words . Not just the decor but the way they manage the entire event is just stupendous .. I wish them best of luck for all the future events .

It was my sisters wedding in the month of January 2022 . The entire family was in touch with Mrs Naina Kukreja and her team . We met them multiple times for the discussions related to planning and management along with the decorations for the wedding events . They were so humble and nice to us . They helped us choose the best vendors for various wedding related services. The entire team was on foot . Not only the immediate family but the extented family and friends were so happy the way the entire experience was created by them. Mrs Naina helped us to plan our budgets for everything and saved alot of money in alot of things . The decor for each event was remarkable . The concepts were never seen before and we got alot of appreciation though our guests. The way they handled our event for 3 days was just upto the mark . Value for money in short . Thanks alot team mystiique eve for making our most special day so magical. Would love to connect soon with you guys for my younger brother Rohit’s wedding..

Most pathetic vendor I have ever dealt with! I got married in September last year at The Lalit, Chandigarh and even to this day when I re-visit my wedding pictures my blood boils to see the third class decoration that they did on the stage. Literally I had to ask the photographer to add more flowers in all the blank areas while editing pictures. Mystique Eve delivered an absolutely flop show when it came to decorations. I remember the day when I personally visited NAINA KUKREJA at her house in Chandigarh with my parents. She assured us of best services on the wedding day in lieu of the hefty amount that she was charging. But once the money was paid upfront the entire experience turned out to be utter disappointment. One of her staff Ms. UPNEET was made the Point of Contact for our function and we had to do long follow ups with her to get things finalised. I myself am an alumni of IIM and have good experience in dealing with clients and vendors, but Upneet gave me a tough time. It was our need since we had already paid Mystique upfront and didn't want to compromise with anything so we kept trusting their word. The designs Upneet had sent for Varmala, Phoolo ki Chadar, Back Stage decoration were all sub-standard. But the worst thing was that they couldn't even execute their own designs. Coming to the wedding day, at around 4 pm when I was in the parlour getting ready for my D-day; my sister kept calling their team to start their work as the guests would start coming by 6 (we had to start and close early due to Covid protocols). Rather than enjoying her sister's day, there was constant anger and frustration on her face due to poor execution and ownership showed my team mystique. What's done is done but I am still writing this review after more than 5 months of marriage because all that bad experience is still fresh in my mind and I don't want anyone else to go through that pain. There are many good florists in tricity who deliver value for money, so please stop running after the likes of Mystique Eve just because they are on the panel of reputed hotels (how they got there is also questionable). Would also urge the management of The Lalit, The Taj, Marriott to re-evaluate and remove florists such as Mystique from their panels as it's their onus also to ensure the customer ends up with good experience.

Never seen a more unprofessional and indecorous event management company. They failed to deliver on any of the promises they have made. We hired them for my sister's wedding at the Lalit Chandigarh, because they were on the panel of decorators of the hotel. They charged a hefty amount and the decoration was shabby and pathetic. The owner is only concerned with the payment and don't take any interest in the event which is left solely to the subordinate staff. They have a standard white curtain with cheap flower entrance and broken bulbs props which they copy paste on all the events. Irrespective of what you choose, they would give the same output. The stage was promised to be a grand one but the end product was so miserable that it spoiled all the wedding pictures. They were handling another event in the same hall earlier that day and simply used the exact same decoration with spoiled flowers for our event as well, but shockingly charged for it separately from both the parties. And even after pointing their flaws, they don't accept their mistakes and rather only insist on receiving their payment in full. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody if you want to looking forward to have a decent event.

Last month I celebrated my marriage anniversary and I approached Mystique Eve and organized my function which was very impressive and all my guests appreciated! I am fully satisfied with their performance!

Fantastic arrangements made by Mystique Eve on the Lohri celebration at my residence in CHD it was value for money. I am thankful to each member of Mystique eve taking personal interest in organizing my function especially madam Naina!

Worst Service Ever! Made awesome ppt, but delivered incomplete and cheap standard service during my brother's Ring Ceremony. What is worst? They created a scene at the ceremony by raising their voices in front of all the guests instead of dealing with our concerns! Of course, we had to pay for almost nothing to save our day. Never seen such unprofessional behavior. STRONGLY DERECOMMEND!
