We absolutely loved working with Aziz and the whole Muse Motion team during our wedding weekend! We could not recommend them enough. Aziz took the time to get to know us as clients before our event which made the whole experience from start to finish so memorable and personable for us. During the wedding itself, we felt so comfortable in front of the camera with the team- they were so flexible and friendly. We loved all of the moments they captured and all of the videos we have gotten back were absolutely incredible. They were attentive and receptive to any feedback or questions we had throughout the process. Muse Motion has incredible talent on board and was an absolute pleasure to work with. We felt like we came out of the wedding gaining new friends :)

We have had an absolutely terrible experience with this man. We got married in August 2021 and received a 1 minute 'teaser' in April 2022. Between Aug-Apr we received no pictures or video from him. We called, emailed, and messaged him on instagram. After 6 months of nothing, as a last resort I left him an Instagram comment to ask him to respond, and he blocked me. There is a reason there are no reviews for him online. This is my second review, after the first one (April 2022, following 8 months of no contact) he told my husband that he won't be putting "the same love and care" into our wedding pictures and videos because I left a 'bad' review. Important to note that he only started communicating with us after I posted (and was asked to delete) this review, and we received the teaser shortly after. We did not get any edited wedding pictures from him - he sent us the unedited pictures 9 months after the wedding in exchange for a partial refund. He did not take any couples photos!! My husband and I have no couples pictures from our wedding day, and he asked us for £400 to arrange a post-wedding shoot to get some. We also have no pictures with our parents - I can only assume because Aziz lost them - the video footage he sent us even shows him taking family shots. The wedding video he sent us is mainly shots of the décor - this was received about a year after the wedding. We asked him to amend the video to add more shots of us/our guests as a gesture of goodwill, due to the absolutely shocking service he had provided. He agreed to do so (in Sep 2022), and has ignored us since. We are now in June 2023 and we haven't heard from him since. We have a rubbish wedding video and unedited pictures. I got married in August 2021 and I still feel upset looking back on it when I see the beautiful photos and videos my friends have received (usually within a month of their weddings). People need to be aware of what he's like - I do not want any other couples to go through what we have.

We decided to go with muse as I love his work and creativity. We heard from close friends that his team has so much energy and are really passionate about capturing all the moments that are important. We discussed beforehand what we would definitely want to include and the rest we left to him. Aziz work is a testament to his passion for creating special memories. He has dedicated himself to being ahead of the game . He communicated well with us and showcased the essence of our marriage

The best vendor we ever could have chosen!! What an absolute dream to work with, so attentive and lovely from start to end of the wedding, especially with all of our COVID delays which led to multiple postponements they were so understanding and helpful even the aftercare was amazing - delivered our photos and videos when promised and listened to everything we wanted on the day to ensure we got the pictures we wanted :)

The experience has been terrible. Leading up to the wedding the service was fine, they seemed attentive and that they knew what they were doing. On the day it was a very awkward experience and they were not good at directing us like a previous photographer had been. What's worse is that they take money before the event and then go completely off the radar. No response for months and months despite chasing several times. Then constant excuses and delays and still yet to receive the full set of photos and videos. Avoid at all costs!
