We hired MUNCH CATERERS from Vadodara for a two-day wedding celebration, however we weren't impressed with their mediocre offerings. The inadequate provided at the function resulted in stomachaches, vomiting episodes, diarrhoea, and food poisoning for a few of our attendees. 200–250 of the 600–700 guests that were invited to the event suffered greatly as a result of the contaminated food. After the incident, their condition worsened for a week or two. Even after I held multiple phone conversations and face-to-face meetings to discuss this important matter and manage the medical evidence related to the occurrence. The Munch caterers from Vadodara provided poor-quality service during our two-day wedding celebration, resulting in some guests suffering from food poisoning and stomachaches. Out of 600–700 attendees, 200–250 were severely affected, experiencing declining health for a week or two. Despite numerous attempts to address the issue through calls and meetings, the caterers have intentionally ignored and disregarded the matter, avoiding communication for over two months.

I booked them for my wedding and they provide very unsatisfying service even though I had discussed menu including Jain food, price and finalised everything with them. They had confirmed and taken the order. On the day of function they don’t provide Jain food. Highly highly unprofessional behaviour. After this I am very disappointed and never recommend this catering to someone now onwards.

Very unprofessional. We had given them order for a gathering. We discussed menu, price and finalised everything. They took and confirmed the order. On the day of gathering, they said they won’t do the catering. You cannot count on them. They will ruin your plans.
