Momentous Wedding & Event Planner

Very unprofessional. I had scheduled an appointment with them at a timing good for their convenience to discuss my wedding arrangements. Upon reaching there at the scheduled time, the vendor did not bother to pick nearly 20 calls that I made, nor bothered to return the calls back but was very much active on whatsapp on the same number. She ignored her prospective customer royally and wasted my whole day even after confirming the appointment themselves. Shows their immaturity & lack of expertise. Thank heavens I did not book their services.
