Exceptional Experience with Ravi and his team. I recently had my pre-wedding shoot with Ravi and I must say, it was an absolute delight working with him. His professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail are truly commendable. From the initial consultation to the final delivery of the photos,Ravi was prompt, courteous, and enthusiastic. My personal experience is really bad I can say worse. My husband's haldi videos got corrupted and they had promised during the time of booking and payment that they will make sure everything is backed up but that did not happen. The promised quality of the videos is not delivered. Even after calling several times he doesn't respond. The marriage was held on 28-Nov-2023 and after sending the bad quality of videos he stopped responding. I have screenshots of the chats with him. He took the payment and just did not bother to respond. My husband and I regret booking this guy. My mother called him, he gave her some excuse and blocked her. He is a fraud, looting money.
