If I could give 0 star I would. This is the only review you need to read if you're even close to considering hiring Mangotree as your event photographers I am writing this review 2 YEARS after our wedding and I haven't received a single photo from them yet! After multiple follow ups and requests to the account managers as well as the owner our next step is to take legal action against them. We have paid over 80% as advance, which is completely lost. However money pales in comparison to not having pictures and videos of one of, if not, THE most important day in my adult life. DONOT HIRE THEM. They're highly unprofessional and unresponsive. Given what we have experienced first hand, there is no conclusion I can arrive at other than that their videos and photos online seem fake.

I had a wonderful experience with the team right from day 1 right from communication to understanding my requirements and producing the output that jaw dropping . Appreciate the professionalism the team carried throughout , on the event day itself we had the best team who captured my daughter’s naming ceremony so beautifully and off course the output is mind blowing . I looking forward in working with them on our next events ☺️! Spl thanks to Arya for co- ordinating in my time zone and keep the communication always open n available truly appreciate.

They are one of the most creative teams out there. They made a cinematic video of my wedding and they have captured the essence of the wedding marvellously. The team is so wonderful to work with. They are definitely my choice for any future events. The quality of work is exceptional. They are respond very quickly and are always there for absolutely anything. Every single precious moment , every guest , every decor was captured & added to the wedding pictures! Loved the colors on it! These guys should be top of your guest list! They take absolutely awesome photos whilst making everyone feel totally relaxed! We knew we had to have Jyo& Jasi to capture our day after meeting them at a family wedding and falling in love with their style. They certainly didn’t disappoint, they are so much more than wedding photographers. They were on hand for any wedding planning advice and gave us so many little tips on the day. We absolutely love all our photos and can’t stop looking at our wedding album, which tells the story of our day perfectly. We just need to find an excuse to see them working their magic again!”

WORST and PATHETIC experience! Would NEVER recommend to anyone! We booked Mango tree for our wedding after doing lot of research and going by their Instagram pictures and paid them the deposit in hope that we will be getting out pictures and video in 2months as mentioned in the quote. But the company is so UNPROFESSIONAL that even after multiple follow ups we would not get a call back and even a single response. Thete is noone to raise issue or no platform to complaint.We were given Deepak as point of contact for our videos but pictures but he never responds on time or picks our call.It literally takes more than 10 calls from our end to get a call back from him.Noone from team is reachable once you give all the deposit. Till date we are struggling to get things done even after 4months of our marriage date.
