Malabar Gold

I am a regular buyer with Malabar Gold. My experiences with diamond jewellery has been very very poor. They hardly make a good diamond product as one looses diamonds in very first usage of jewellery within a week. Better not to sale such products.

Very poor experience with Malabar gold Edapal (Kerala), We booked for 10 Pavan with 2 month notice, but after some days they changed their words and started blaming us, saying , We didn't hear properly they have said, I asked in record , they have never mentioned anything on document, later usually, they give minimum 2 % discount on 22 cart gold, since I paid advance amount, they gave only .07% discount, huge lose for me. The person I was contacting was nice intailly, later after booking and while purchasing, he was like if you want you buy otherwise no problem. a bad attitude which will never allow anybody to visit them. Will never again visit Malabar gold and diamond for any purchase. we can get better pricing and respect from other jewellery.

Horrible experience. NOT A TRUST WORTHY ORGANISATION TO GO WITH. They give promise while taking order and advance, but never honour their commitment rather find a way to say no. AVOID THS SHOP

Malabar-Marathahalli , Bengaluru. Very bad experience.First time I bought the diamond pendant set from Malabari but after wearing for few days, one of the ear tops got broken automatically while wearing. The back stick of top came out. This even doesn't happens even when we buy artificial jewellery.But i bought this 18k Rose gold diamond set and it broken within a month.I am not sure what kind of gold they are using. I believe this is all fake jwellery for which we are paying high amount. I have small tops of 23k gold for just 6k and those are still in good condition. This happened with me second time.and the suprising thing is I bought only 2 things till now and both of them broken within a month(platinum chain and rose gold diamond pendant set)

Malabar Gold and Diamonds indulge in misselling. Their making charges are quite high and they don't tell you that they have schemes for wedding packages. We placed orders for diamond rings during their discount offer time in January 2024 and since specific sizes were not available we paid advance and they assured to give us discount. When our orders were delivered, we were denied discount stating discount period was over and that the salesman made a mistake. Very unprofessional.

Had a good experience with Malabar Gold Thrissur. Prashanth and Hashim guided as in selecting good ring. Excellent service.

Very bad experience....I bought 2lakhs gold...lockets, ear ring, chain, rings on 7mar23 and all items are very poor quality and got broken on next day itself 08mar23...now I went to malabar store to exchange and staffs are fooling us and saying we dont know how to use gold that's why its damaged...please don't buy any products from malabar gold

Hi all I have taken a scheme from Malabar and i have paid 10 months my 11 month i tried paying thru online i can't able to pay the amount so i have reached out to shop.so now the sales personhjs teling that we can't the benefits which we told you.we i started my scheme.18%they have promised for making charges now they are teling me that can give only 9% off making charges..they are fool ing customer they never told me that we wil give 50% which benefits they there r cheating customer....very bad experience
