Makeup by Varsha

I found Varsha through my wedding planner. I was a bit sceptical at first since it was my first time with her but they convinced me as they work with her all the time. And I would say it was one of the best decision for my wedding. She did the amazing job, made me look and feel like a Princess on my cocktail and did so beautiful makeup for my wedding. I got so many compliments. She did subtle makeup just like I wanted. Not just her skills, she is an amazing person too. I would 100% recommend to all the brides planning their wedding in goa. Thank you so much Varsha!

My event planners recommend Varsha for my wedding functions that was going to be held in Goa. I was bit off looking out at the heat waves and got worried as to how my makeup is going to stay for a long time but Varsha and her magic 🪄. 🫶🏻 I personally asked Varsha do u guys have any review pages because I genuinely want to put down my reviews for you.(I have never asked anyone like that). There are very less people out there who do their work efficiently and happily. Varsha is one of those. So these are the points which I liked:- 1. Her Punctuality. She used to be their right on time for all the functions. 2. ⁠Her Confidence with regard to her work. 3. ⁠Very Important- she can do makeup and hair styling both. Otherwise we look for 2 people for 2 different work. 2. ⁠Her Smile while working. Since it was my wedding, I was stressed out but her smile n talks while doing my makeup literally calmed me down. Amazing human being. 3. ⁠Understanding the need of the Customer. I was very particular regarding my makeup. And she went beyond my imagination in all the looks she gave me. 4. ⁠Goes beyond an extra step to satisfy you with her work. 5. ⁠Talented, Polite and quick responsive. 6. ⁠No makeup trial needed. One can trust her and let her do her magical work. If you prefer a no makeup/minimal makeup/try something new/natural look then Varsha is your person. Every guest came and showered me with compliments. So Thank you Varsha for making me look naturally beautiful. 🫶🏻

I'm sad to write this but I had a terrible experience with Varsha which has made me realise that it's okay to be a Bridezilla. From day one of booking, getting in touch was very difficult to discuss looks and palette. I booked her for my sangeet and wedding which were on different days. She kept insisting that I'm getting ready too early. I realised later that she had double booked on sangeet day which is why she was raising this issue. She arrived 1.5 hours late for sangeet. Was outraged at me that I had not done skin prep. Proceeded without the skin prep. Did not listen to me when I said I wanted a light base. And missed doing one eyebrow. Imagine one of your eyebrows is thick and one is thin and you're on stage for your ring exchange. Fun. No one realised, thank God. But we saw pictures later and it is evident! When I asked about it, she did apologise profusely but what's done is done. Wedding day was better but because I was forceful about the look I want and did not take a few of her advice. And I did my own skin prep before she came. Please never go by celebrity pictures. Everyone's experience with each vendor is different. I wouldn't say she's bad. But please know what you want when you hire her, be careful during the sessions. Have someone with you that double checks everything and backs you up. I am not putting up sangeet pictures cause it's just embarassing.

My friend recommended Varsha for my marriage ceremony, I am blessed that I chose to go ahead with her.She is a wonderful person, friendly and humble. She is flexible in terms of choices offered as I have sensitive skin and I don't like makeup at all. I was really looking forward to my wedding look, but it was a day wedding in Goa.Looking at the scorching sun and gusts on the beach.I was very worried about it. Then Varsha stepped in and worked her magic! She made everything look so effortlessly natural and not overdone, blending it all perfectly. I prefer a no make up look.It was just as I expected.She even did my bridesmaids' makeup, and they loved it too. Huge thanks to Varsha for making our day extra special with her awesome make-up skills! Thank you for changing my perception on make up and wonderful look.

Varsha’s make up was very minimal and good. She doesn’t provide any trial so I was a bit skeptical but it turned out well and she did exactly what I asked her to do. Although I would say that her hairstylist could be better but overall good work and price point was also reasonable.
